40 till they answer and then they hung up They don’t return phone calls out of supplies For 2 weeks haning to pay out of packet .This place can not be legit ! Calling ins and filing a grievance and an ahca complaint agency for health care administration!!
If you're a healthcare worker, they don't pay, especially if you're non-Spanish speakingIf you're a healthcare consumer, they are often deficient and fail inspections on trivial matters like hand washing, safety, sanitary precautions... I wouldn't have them care for garbage rodents

I received a telephone call on monday from you that my shipment was to arrive today,wednwsday. I received 90 packets of lubricant and no catheters. I notified my insurer as to my dissatisfaction with you and am going complain to the florida state board of professional regulation as well as to medicare to see of the is fraudulent billing, I m hoping that my insurer will discontinues doing business with you.

I work with a referral agency and when I called to speak with someone the first woman who aswered spoke english however she could not understand me for some reason and in clear english she asked huh? and said hold on, then a woman who was clearly hispanic answered and said Hola comesta.. and I speak perfectly good english, Im Italian and Romania, How can someone run a business in america and hardly speak english? really!!!!!!!
