Simply Cake

This is a terrible place to put an order for a cake. I had a very frustrating and bad experience, I don't wish it on anyone. I gave them a shot to do a very special and admirable cake. Set up a cake tasting appointment and shared ideas with the owners of this shop. And it was a complete waste of time because come the day of delivery of the cake turned out to be full of misunderstandings with these owners. My cake was missing pieces, didn't satisfy the demands of the customer, and customer service was the worst. The most important part of this cake was not done at all. When I sat with them to discuss, share, and be understood with our vision of the most important piece. And this cake shop completely failed to do it. Or even fix it! Waste of money and time! Didn't return my entire money back. One of the worst, I dare say the worst in Southern California and would not recommend this place to nobody. They do not deserve to be named a cake shop when they can't do a cake.

This is a terrible place to order any cupcakes, it should be called simply Fakes as there cupcakes are too small, have no taste, too much for something so small. They could not even outsell my wife at a school carnival. (My wife only bakes for fun)They failed horribly on cupcake wars, don't bother, go to Von's better.

the cake they made me for my sons 11th birthday we picked up today is a horrible excuse for a halo cake. i paid $115 which is a lot for me i am sick at what they gave me. it looks nothing like the pictures they showed me and the decription the finish is wrong and the whole cake is a joke. when i showed my son the cake the sadness in his face hurt me. i hope you think twice before ordering from this place. when i called to ask what happened the lady who made the cake was very rude and unprofessional i am very sad i choose this place to get my sons cake we are stuck with a sorry excuse for a cake i could have made myself.
