Aside from the emotional cries about everyone dying. I noticed that while you had no problem mentioning Eds refrigeration you failed to mention the heroes that saved your family from certain death. Gas valves will not work in reverse at all much less for an extended period. And no one changes a valve in 10 min. I'm calling BS on this one. What's really going on ?
Called my home warranty company in December 2016, due to the heater not working, ed's refrigeration came out mid December, letting me know the gas valve was bad, took about a week for them to come back out and replace it, from then until January 12, it worked, but seemed like it was overworking, on the 12th it completely stopped working, I called Ed directly beings it had not been 30 days, and he informed me I would have to call the home warranty company for them to issue a new ticket and I would have to pay my deductible again... I did not agree with that, so I called the warranty and let them know what was going on, it was a Friday, by Sunday my daughter (severe asthmatic) was sick. I received a phone from ed's office on Monday, she informed me that they would be out til Friday the 20th, after explaining the situation, and that it was in the low 30's at night, and my daughter was already sick from sleeping in the cold, she once again informed me that it would the 20th. After a trip to the hospital, we decided that we were better off calling another company to come out, we called them Tuesday night, they came out mid day Wednesday, and informed us that the gas valve ed's refrigeration installed, was installed backwards. When I called ed's this morning, the lady hung up on me, although I am highly disappointed with the service, I am glad that the other company was able to fix it within 10mins and come out so quickly.
