If I could give this branch and company negative stars, I would. My CPAP device quit working on Saturday 12/5. I called the Hershey branch to inform them that I needed a new CPAP. I have been an Apria Customer since 2007. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with this branch. First they couldn't find me in the system (even though I told them I had moved and did they need my old information). Then they spent another 10 minutes updating my information. Then another who knows how long to figure out how to schedule a service and then to tell me they cannot schedule a service on my device because it is out of date (which I told them my device was five years old). Of course they would not send me another CPAP....I had to have a script from my doctor. So, had to make an appointment with my doctor, get a script and faxed it to them yesterday. I contacted them today, they had the script, but no updated information for me. Give me a break. Then to find out they have to verify the info, 6-9 business days! Really?? So, pretty much two weeks for verification and then another who knows how long to get my new device? Seriously, my health is at risk and they refuse to help. I hope they don't treat people who need oxygen on a daily basis this way. I will be switching respiratory companies.
