They can never get a order right and if you place a phone order an hour before, you will still be waiting 15 minutes. Service is bad management of this store Sandy store salt lake and bountiful stores are seriously lacking.
Stay far away from the Herriman Cafe Rio! I placed my to go online order at 5:15 tonight to be ready at 6:30. At 7:15 still waiting for our to go order to be ready. There is only 1 lady working the to-go line, employees just walking around talking to seated customers, talking to each other, more employees standing wiping down trays rather than helping the SINGLE person working the to-go line. We are watching people who came in store, got in line, pay for their order, SIT DOWN, eat their food AND LEAVE while I'm still waiting for my order to BE made. I call to find out how to get a refund (when online you pay for your food at the time you place your order. I guess they figured no big deal because they already have my money) the girl I talk to when I call tells me I can't talk to a manager, she's "too busy" to be bothered. REALLy? I ask if they will discount my meal NO. Will they give me a future discount NO. What will they do since this is a big issue. NOTHING. I could go through the line and place another order, which the line is a 30 minutes process or wait 30 minutes for my to go order. I left. I will dispute my credit card payment, and go to Costa Vida down the street next time. I've tried this Herriman Cafe Rio before and they just don't run like the other stores... I don't know who runs that particular store..... They won't give out a district name or number; who wants to be a customer of a store like that. They should really look into who they have working there. Half the restaurant was packed with people just waiting for their to go order. It was absolutely a train wreck!!..…Oh! By the way.... We ended up eating at the new Popeye's just down the street.... They gave us a 10% discount because THEY cared we never got our food at Cafe Rio. Now that's a great place!!! Thank you Popeye's!!
