On three different occasions I approached the customer service for help. They had reset their store and I acquired about help getting a product. Unfortunately on each occasion the customer service reps lacked store procedures, customer service skills, and knowledge pertaining to their store. The last rep that I approached for help seemed unresponsive and Uncaring. When you have employees that aren't familiar with their procedures or their store you have to wonder did management do their job? I reached out to management and talked to the manager of the store and he stated that he's been there for over 42 years. I sensed his lack of genuine caring maybe from all the years of dealing with people. When I posted on Facebook my honest review they removed it. The stores a nice clean store and the need for customer skills and service is a must. My review is they need to work on that because as customers we should no longer except being brushed aside. If you have employees that are there to help customers educate them on your store policies procedures and products. Choose employees that have a personality to want to help. If you've been there a long time and you're burned out consider retiring.
