Overall
Food
Service

I was with a party of 20, all of us were taking care of fast, and politely. The service was awesome. The food was delicious and made to order. Bartenders made all drinks just perfect, and not overpowering.I want to thank Fred R Beach for an excellent experience, and sweet atmosphere. I would highly recommend R Beach is the place to eat. Very clean and kid friendly.

Overall

This place is a cut above the rest. The building is older like most of the buildings in the area but don't let that fool you. The food was awesome as were the waitresses. I ordered the shrimp alfredo and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were huge and the sauce was thick and creamy. My wife had a fish sandwich that was really good as well (but not as good as my alfredo). The owner even came over to our table to make sure everything was good. We're planning on moving to the area soon and this will be one of our regular places to eat. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Im not sure what the persons deal was with R Beach i have been there many times and always loved the nightlife there. Its the liveliest place in the tri counties to dance and have a good time. As for the private parties he as there they are is bread and butter that keeps the place open for everyone

Last night 11-10-12 I was here...

Last night 11-10-12 I was here with a couple other ladys. No sign out front saying it was a class reunion going on but decided to go in any way. The kids were great but the guy in the crazy colored t-shirt from the 70's (which I think was the owner, sucked). He kept beating some bongo drums with sticks which didn't fit in with the music at all. I think he should have let his dj run the show. He him self was NOT entertaining! Some times it's better to be seen and not heard!

Overall
A GREAT place!!!

R Beach is a tremendous place to go to. The staff are very friendly while always being professional. The food is gastronomically marvelous while being exceedingly reasonably priced. The quesadillas are huge and delicious. The El Greco Mediterranean Shrimp is just to die for. Recently we were at R Beach and talking with one of the owners about a sautéed garlic that we ate in Mexico some years back. The owner went to the kitchen and shortly thereafter the chief came in with sauteed garlic and it was delicious. R Beach is truly an outstanding place to go to.

Amazing Place, Superb menu and Great pricing

We have been going to R Beach since we moved to florida 4 yeas ago. We actualy found it by accident. We were going to another place and decided to give it a shot. I still remember the first time we went there and the owner actually showed us the kitchen. So clean, I was sold right there. (No other place does that). I tried thier calamars with homemade Maranera sauce and mango chatney sauce. The best I had in the States. I have tried many of the features and specials as well. Always consistant. My two super favorates are Super Grouper and Boom Boom chichen. My Husband is a meatlover and he likes thier fresh Burgers and steaks with sweet potatos fries. We love the Jazz and Salsa nites and once in a while we do the steak and FREE margaritta on Thurs. for $ 7.95 and watch the karaoke in the main room. Love the staff. They know us by names.

doesnt include me...or maybe u

When I took my neighbor (of color) out for dinner. After he had "so kindly" mowed my lawn. We went to R-Beach.

Upon arrival we used the restrooms, which are by the front door. Upon exiting I noted 3 servers asking my neighbor what he wanted. I observed them portraying an elite attitude over him, frowning, not being pleasant at all. I tryed to make light of it. Two for dinner. I was told "we have no tables"

I looked into the dining area and there were many tables empty. I was told those are all reserved tables. Then I said, well then we'll have a drink at the bar and wait. I then, without waiting for an escort walked into the bar.

Upon setting my purse on the bar. The bartender immediately became verbally aggressive and said "Im not serving you" I hadnt even opened my mouth to order anything.

It was around 5PM on a Thursday night. I had worked a night shift (12hours) the night before, and only slept a few hours. I say this because, at the time I tryed to rationalize what happened. I probably looked tired.

As I said I hadnt even made a request for a drink. The bartender started carrying on before I said a word to her.

I hadn't been drinking. Im not a big drinker anyway so I wouldnt choose too battle her over that.

But I was catching on and thought Id beat them at their own game. I said well then well just take a table in the bar.

Felt I now had to make a point. We should have a right to be in this establishment....as much as anyone else.

Nevertheless as I said from the time we walked in the door we were being shown we werent welcome in various ways.

Next a women who later represented herself as, "one of the owners" stepped forward and said "You have to leave now" During the complete episode I pointfully never yelled. The only one yelling was the bartender, After her initial tantrum; I actually said thats ok well wait for a table. Then she started yelling again. I was thinking they couldnt kick us out, we hadnt done anything. But I guess I was wrong. So FYI at R Beach the R doesnt include: a whole bunch of us!!!

Thank You for listening, and Ill always love Bayports rustic "layed back" atmosphere TTFN.. Deb

PS.- My colorful neighbor is a...... Very friendly, Talkative, Florida born n raised, Redneck.. go figure? peace
