Do not do business with this place, one of their service pickups almost ran me off the road going over the center line on a corner. I went to complain about at their office and was the owner. I was not nasty but the owner was, he told me to go F**k myself with a very poor attitude. My opinion totally unprofessional. I was a customer for 6 years just lost my business.

Hermon Oil is always fair an honest with us. Their customer service is great. You can tell the techs care - they clean up well after themselves. We always get prompt service even when calling after hours.

Don't do business with this company. Rude customer service and unresponsive to phone calls and emails. The owner Todd Jackson didn't winterize our house after we moved out of state. Which resulted in every heat pipe in our house to break and also did damage to our furnace. We had our house on the market for sale and had to take it off the market. The house showed no signs of antifreeze in the system and Todd accused us of draining all the antifreeze. He refuses to talk to us and come good for the damages done to our house.

They are promt and very nice to do business with.We are moving and will miss the great services they provide.
