15 minute wait turned into an hour. The hostess even told customers the kitchen said stop seating patrons as they had 23 orders they were having trouble getting out. They were a cook short. Huh? Not even a free coffee for our wait.

Best breakfast i has during stay in Nashville. Our server,
David, was on his game and food was prepared by top notch cook. Everything was perfect. This place is a star.

BAD SERVICE THIS TIME

I visited ihop on 3/31 at about 9:30am i asked for connie i was informed she wasnt there so the lady who seated us said she would be the next best thing and she would take care of us well she didnt we ordered our food very specific as to how we wanted our eggs cooked over medium we got over light we got our drinks about 2 min before our food came to the table
i didnt notice untill i cut into them when i was trying to find my server she was outside on the phone and smoking when she did come back to us and asked if everything was ok i told her about the eggs she offered to fix it but we had already had our food for about 10mn needless to say i was done with everything else as well as my wife we didnt even get refills the service wasnt good we come here once a week connie always takes care of us if she is not there next time my wife and i want stay always ask for connie she will always make sure your food is right and always keep your drinks refilled she truly cares if your happy and wants you to come back she is by far the best server !

Worst Service I have ever had in my LIFE!!!

We visited your store on 10-24-10. We were seated and greeted by the server Ruth. She took our drink orders. We ordered coffee, sweet tea, Pepsi, & Mountain Dew. She returned later with coffee, unsweet tea and two sierra mist drinks. We told her that the order was wrong and she said everyone makes mistakes. We ordered our food. My Husband and I asked for an additional order EACH for sausage links. She kept telling us that there was going to be a charge for the sausage. We both said that is ok. She started telling us that she wasnt sure that we wanted to pay that amount. I said I still want it. When our food came out. We each had one piece of bacn and one sausage link. When I asked her where our extra order of sausage was she went and grabbed a menu and argued with me that it says sausage OR bacon. I TRIED to explain that we understand that but we ordered additional sausage and she basically told us to lump it and walked away. I did ask for a sweet tea again and again I got unsweet again. I was left drinking the sierra mist that I didnt order. I asked her to bring my check and she returned with two sausage links..... mind you after we are done eating.... and said here this is on me. She stood there demanding us to eat it. I asked for her manager and was told there wernt any on site. When we finally did get the check guess what the sausage we ordered was on the check but not on my plate. I left angry. I decided that I needed to cool off before I called and asked for a manager and on 10-25-10 I called the ihop and asked to speak to the manager and David answered the phone and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He said how can I help you and I said are you a manager? His reply was NO! I asked again to speak to a manager and he said I can help. I said please can I speak to your manager and he said ooooohhhh your angry I have to let you go now.... HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER return to that establishment.

Great customer service by Connie! New menu changes, much better!

Always ask for Connie (day shift/weekends) as your waitress--she is amazing. We eat there often and always receive exceptional customer service and attention to your order (special requests).
Would recommend this IHOP and one of it's extraordinary servers, Connie!

The food was ok. But some of it was wrong. I should never find the waitess. It was not a good experience.
