Stopped in for the buffet. Lady that rang us up had fake long painted nails, didn't think that was allowed in food service. We could not find a clean table to sit at. everything was so dirty. And when we actually thought an employee was coming to wipe tables, she just sat down to visit with her friends. The whole time we were there not one table was wiped off, food all over the seats and floors. So disappointed.
That's the point of this review...we had no visit! We checked the hours of operation stated on the door and it said 10:00 pm. We went shopping and came back precisely at 9:30pm and the door was locked and the drive-thru closed. We are very disappointed in this lack of customer service. We went elsewhere. Fix this!!!
Wish I could leave no stars. For starters I waited in the drive through for 25+ minutes. Then they forget the yogurt parfet. I come back through and ask for the yogurt and for them to remake my order since my husband's food will now be cold when I get home since I've already been here for 30 minutes now. The young lady at the intercom attempts to argue with me then agrees to remake the order. I get to the window for a second time and the young lady hands me my fresh food.. I apologize for the inconvenience and say thank you. SHE DOES NOT SAY ONE WORD TO ME THE ENTIRE TIME. So at this point I'm livid and I wait at the window so I can request a manager (this is not the first time at this location I have experience unbelievably rude service). The young lady keeps her back turned to the window and never reopens. So I sit in the parking lot and attempt to call the store for 20 minutes. The phone is off the hook. 45 minutes later and I am here writing this nasty review because the phone is still off the hook. I will never spend my money here again!!!!
