Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I agree with the first comment!! I took my car to them because it was making a funny noise. I was told I needed a new left wheel axle. They "replaced" it and charged me 375 bucks. I didnt even get the car home & it was still making the same noise. I called & got no answer. I went by the shop & was then told I needed something different & I would have to pay again. They didnt fix the problem or offer to fix it again without getting more money. They had my money & they were happy. I am in the process of suing them to get my money back!!! I would have been better off letting a blind monkey fix it!
