Apple Short Pump Town Center

In the past I would have rated this store a 00 if possible. I have discovered lately there are people working there older than 25. Yes that's right, they are hiring people in the 45-60 that probably cannot answer every question but will find the answer and not make you feel like a jerk for asking it. That's right, Apple has discovered that customer service matters when people aren't lined up for the privilege of buying something from them. I hope Apple remembers that just because some of us can't tell a byte form a bite most of us are the ones with more money to spend on a tool rather than those who want the latest toy. No offense to younger people working but look at your rating and figure out that if people get good service the paycheck will get bigger.

Very sub-par service and incompetence. Not representative of the Apple franchise. If you can go to another city or online for what you want, I strongly recommend it.
