My Son Has attended ACP since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 9 and still attends. ACP provides my family peace of mind on the days that he attends. I know he will always be taken care of.

so these people are awesome!!!! I used to have my daughter in a franchised daycare near by and she hated it, we didn't know why she didn't want to go every morning. But ever since we switched to A Childs Place she absolutely loves it. the teachers are incredible. they do so much for the children and are very professional. My daughter has learned so much while she has been there and she amazes me all the time with the new stuff she learns. So when we had our second child it was a no brainer to enroll her also. my youngest is in the infant room and all the teachers are also great! I never have to worry that my girls are in good hands because I know they are while they are there.
We've been using the Midlothian campus for about a year for before and after daycare for my kindergartener. He's been having a great time!
This school is truly amazing! Our daughter has been there for a little over 8 months and we could not be happier. It is a welcoming environment, she is developing wonderfully, and the teachers and staff could not be more caring! It is so hard to leave our daughter each day, but it brings us so much joy to see her face light up when she sees her teacher / friends each and every day. I do not think she has cried ONCE at drop off, which just shows the type of environment they provide her each day. So thankful to be apart of this school!
We are very happy with the care that our child gets at Promise Care. It was hard to go back to work after maternity leave but we were thrilled to work with a warm, welcoming and caring program. Our child does get personalized attention and we are very up to date with the daily activities of our child. The teachers entertain our requests for schedule changes for our child and they communicate his needs daily. The facility is a bit older but the care is very good- we would recommend this program to others.
I would love to talk to the previous poster, concerned parent, about your experiences as ours have been similar. I commented recently in their Facebook page about bullying. Please reach out.Update: On 02/16/17, Tuckaway terminated their services with us. Our child (hf autism) has been bullied by another child in the same classroom since October 2016. After several meetings with the regional manager, owner and onsite staff, citing multiple examples (hitting, kicking, slapping, choking and daily taunts), they decided it was typical third grade behavior and that we could no longer work together due to "communication issues." They initially wanted to keep the credits we had on our account from prepayment but agreed to return those funds and put that agreement in writing. The owner removed my online review from the company's facebook page and has been attempting to contact us via facebook messenger to discuss "things we misunderstood." The child that has been bullying my son has been at the daycare since he was 2 and it seems like they honor the seniority of things over the safety of other, more vulnerable children in their care. I have several documents, notes and emails that detail the situation and we will be filing a complaint and seeking the advice of an attorney. This is not a great place for special needs children.
My son has been going to ACP since he was 10 weeks old. I went to work everyday knowing that he was in the best hands. Fast Forward 8 years later and I still have that same peace of mind. Ms. Denise and her staff take Child Care very seriously. My son and I am happy to be part of the ACP Family.
I was drawn to Promise Care because of the price but have stayed because of the staff. I have 3 children and all of them are loved by the director, assistant director and teachers. It is a faith based program so I do know they are being taught great values from the Rev. at least once a week. My 5 yr old is in Pre-K this year and comes home with her "homework" every Monday and is so excited. My youngest has been there since she was 12 weeks old and next to their own mother I trust no one more than the loving attentive staff. It is an older facility and early in the morning or late in the day they are able to get " screen time" but other than that they have a structured day. I have had my older girls on other programs but never experienced the care and love we get from Promise Care staff.
Thank you for all you all do. My grandkids love this place!!! The staff is wonderful and very helpful
my granddaughters love this school!! Great Staff. They feel at home when they are here. Thank you to the teachers
