Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This office was very good. They picked us up as scheduled and upgraded our car. This is a busy office and they ran very efficiently. Would rent from them again.

I rented a car from here for one full day using my American Express points from my card. My car was in the shop for a week and I just needed it for errands. I rented this car through American Express Enterprise website and confirmed it and using a $75 gift certificate so I wouldn't have to pay anything. So they did come and pick me up (nice service) and when I got there they were having a problem with another customer but I didn't think much of it. The lady started doing my paperwork and she told me I had a $20 something credit and I asked her if I could put that toward gas so I could use the rest of my gift certificate and she put it as a pre-paid gas purchased. I got my car and did all my errands I needed to do, the car was nice too, not dirty or smoky. The next day when I returned my car they gave me a bill and they were charing $40 toward my credit card, when I explained to them that wasn't right because of certificate, the man told me he would stop the payment and I wouldn't get charged. A couple days later I checked my online credit card statement and found out they did charge it so I called and told them that I needed my refund back. Nobody had an answer and told me that they would look into it and call me back. 2 days I called again because it wasn't taken off my card and then the original lady who helped me told me that American Express didn't approve of my car rental...HELLO!!! I BOOKED IT THROUGH THEM! So she said she would take off the payment "for temporary" until they heard from American Express! I'm very upset with them because this is not something new that has started, The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because the car was clean. If you do rent from them, check you bill and make sure they don't rip you off.
