Budget Truck Rental

ZERO integrity!!!!! Greedy, selfish money-sucking company that WILL and HAS put making money deceitfully above safety and integrity. If there was a below "0" this place and this company would get it. I was 34 weeks pregnant and the car had to be returned on the morning a Code Red state of emergency blizzard that hit Tennessee. All Official ordered people stay in your homes, not to drive on the roads. Budget was closed and ALL its employees stayed home due to how dangerous the weather and roads were. I called corporate and was told I would have to pay the $50 rental fee per day and $30 extension fee per day if I did not get the car there in spite of the weather. So I tried and I got trapped in the weather. My roadside assistance couldn't get to me for 28 hours!!! I was 34 weeks pregnant!!!!! I called repetitively and no one was at the office!!!!! for days, no one was at the office because of how dangerous the weather was but their customers had to find a way there?!?!?!?! "0" Integrity
