Amazing company to work with! Today started out terrible by backing into my garage door. They were able to scheduled an appointment same day, got here early, and were done in less an hour. Brian was so kind and a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend working with BT1 Garage Door Company!!

This company is locally owned an operated in Hendersonville. They did an excellent job. I would recommend BT1 to anyone who needs garage repair service.

After other garage door companies told me I would need to replace the bottom panel on my 16x8 to have it operating properly, Brian Printz, general manager with BT1, looked at it and said, "I think that door is salvageable.". He and the company president, Chris Osteen, came back the next day and in three hours had the door operating so easily it could be lifted with one hand. Great company and excellent service!
