I was told that this car was in really good condition. Everything worked on it just fine. It sounded like a deal so I offered to buy it. He kept telling me over and over that someone else was wanting to buy it and that he could only hold it for so long. I tried to rush out and get a loan. Every day he would call me asking for the money. I finally got the money but I wasn't going to be able to make it for another week. He said until the money was in his hands, the car was still for sale so he told me I should wire him the money. I specifically told them that this car needed to be in good working order so I can drive it home. He told me everything mechanically was was working soundly. I went ahead and wired the money.

When I finally got the chance to make it out there (21hr bus ride) I get to the dealership. The car has many more scratches on it than the pictures revealed. The pictures were conveniently positions to hide the fact that the side panel was screwed on by sheet metal screws and there was a huge screw right though the console holding the faceplate on. That wasn't in any of the pictures but I thought to myself, its just cosmetic. I can fix that. I wasn't happy though. They tell me to drive the car down to the office to fill out the paperwork. I'll admit, the engine ran smoothly and sounded good. I drove it down and we began the paperwork process. He told me that since the money was already transferred to them, the car was now mine. No backing out now. So I signed the paper.

After I filled up for the first time and started the car, there was a rattling noise from what sounded to be in the transmission. That scared me but I still had 11hrs more to go. I decided to push on. The car was driving just fine down the highway. I decided to turn on the A/C. Cold air was coming through but just barely even when it was set to high. I decide to roll the windows down since the AC just wasn't cutting it. I turned on the radio and listen to the music. I listened for about 3min when the radio station started cutting out. I began to smell smoke. I shut the radio off and the smell went away. Great. Now I have to get a new radio installed. That's three things wrong so far. I come across some rain on the way back. I go to turn on the wipers. Doesn't matter which mode its in, it only has one speed. Slow. I pull into a gas station on my next rest break. As I was leaving, I noticed the man in front of me didn't put the cap back on on his car. I went to honk at him so I could let him know but my horn dont work. So now I have a car with worse cosmetic wear than I thought, No A/C or heat, no radio, no horn, one speed wipers, and a rattling noise in the transmission. Im only half way home. This is not the car they told me it was. I was to have a fully operational vehicle cause that is what he told me it was.

I go to open the back hatch but it wont open for some reason.I got it to open at the dealership easily though. I decided to give it one more big tug and finally got it open. Something catches my eye. The back seat wasn't latched in all the way. I went to fix it only to find out that the back seats are broken. I have no way to unlatch or latch the seats. How am I suppose to have passengers with a seat that doesn't work?

I have to buy a new transmission, a new radio, fix the A/C, get a new heater core, repair the back seat, and replace the latch on the back hatch. All this time I was thinking I would only have to do cosmetic repairs.

I still cant get them to talk to me or respond to my emails. I feel cheated and lied to. These people will tell you anything to get your money. I will never ever buy a car from them and I most certainly will not recommend them to anyone else.

Unethical business practices.

I bought a Used Armada from them. During test drive they tried to tell me it got 17mpg in the city and 24 on the Interstate. I knew better than that but liked the vehicle enough to ignore the salesman's uneducated remarks about the vehicle.

2 weeks after purchase the vehicle began smoking at start up. I took it to their service dept. where it sat for 2.5 wks. It would still be sitting there had I not called to check on it.

Long story-short, I needed a new engine and after being told Four Seasons would "make it right," nothing has been done to do so.

The general manager John said he would "bend over backwards" to help me on a trade-in. After coming in and willing to purchase a vehicle at twice the cost of what I paid for mine, they would not even come off of the sticker price and would give me $3900 less than what I paid for the vehicle they sold me less than 1.5 months ago!

I wrote the owner an email but he will not respond!!
Never go here!

Mac Easler Ford Service Depart...

Mac Easler Ford Service Department is wonderful! We were traveling from Virginia to South Carolina, towing a 36 fifth wheel and overnighted at a local campground. Our truck was having acceleration problems and we showed up here first thing on a Friday morning. The service department worked us in, fixed our truck and we were back on our way, later that day (5pm) our truck began having trouble again , we were on the interstate and unfortunately not close to a town & barely enough room to get off the interstate. Not knowing what else to do, I called Mac Easler Ford and spoke with the mechanic who had worked on our truck that morning, he asked several questions and was able to tell my husband exactly what was wrong with our truck and how to temporarily fix it, to get us off the interstate & slowly to our destination, where Ravenel Ford, SC, fixed the busted hose. The mecanic went out of his way to help us over the phone "at quiting time", we were already hundreds of miles from the dealership at the time and he didn't have to, but he did! He talked to us and looked up numbers to the closest dealerships/ services in the area we were located, in case my husband was not able to get our truck & RV off the interstate. I can't say enough about the kindness of this mechanic and the service department.

Fantastic Service!

These guys have been in the same location and family for over 30 years! The owner approaches his business in a manner that he feels focuses on taking great care of the customer so that they will keep returning for years to come. The staff in the service department really seem to take your satisfaction personally and work really hard to resolve my concerns quickly while making things as convenient as possible. I love the new quicklane maintenance center they opened a couple of years ago, you can get your oil changed and your brakes there too if you need them, all without an appointment! you can even see what they are doing from the waiting room, and I really like that! Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.
