After law school she earned an LL.M in health care law from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware (2004). During law school, Elisabeth had the opportunity to study comparative health systems in Venice, Italy, which she considers to be one of the most valuable experiences of her life. Mrs. Murray-Obertein started her law firm in Hendersonville in 2005.However, she closed her firm when she married her husband, Donald Obertein and moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Elisabeth is thrilled to have the opportunity to return to her roots in Henderson County and offer legal services for clients who need assistance in personal bankruptcy, real estate closings and estate planning. When Elisabeth is not practicing law she is a busy wife and mother of four children. Most weekends are spent with the younger children enjoying the beautiful weather and mountains that we are so lucky to be able to enjoy in this part of the world.
