Had a terrible experience! We rented car in Myrtle Beach and returned to Hendersonville. We arrived during normal business hours to return car and no one was there and doors were locked. while I was calling cust ser she showed up. She unlocked the door never apologized or asked how long we had waited she just snapped at us what do you need. we returned the car I was unhappy with her attitude but did not say anything. The next day I decided to call customer service to file a complaint when I did the girl I spoke with was very nice and understanding but could not retrieve my info since my rental had not been properly closed out. I called the office here to ask her to close out paperwork and to explain that I was not happy. She claimed I yelled at her and hung up on me. I was definitely not yelling but she was obviously not happy I had complained. the next cust service rep I spoke to was not much better said he could not file a complaint for me and I would have to do it online. I know cust serv is dead but for a $400 car for two days they could at least not be overly rude and possibly do their paperwork. I will never let another dime of my hard earned money go to this company!!!
