Urgent Care Clinic in Henderson, NV

I've been going for years and I keep going back any time I am sick bc they know what they are doing.

Terrible! I went there for an annual exam and was told I'd need a surgery and that after they sent an authorization request and it was approved by my insurance company I could have the surgery scheduled. That was OVER a month ago and they still have not sent the authorization request to my insurance company. Not only have they not sent it, they have not called me to tell what the holdup is. Since my initial appointment, I have called them several times, spent hours on the phone either on hold or talking to someone, explaining my situation over and over again. Each time, they tell me someone will call me back within 24 hours to let me know what's happening. At this point, I find their inaction to be incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. There is no way I will trust them to perform surgery on me. I have made an appointment with another OBGYN. I will certainly let all my girlfriends know to avoid this place.

I had occasion to need urgent care here once, and my wife twice in the past year. The standard of care at Siena Heights is amazing. The communication among staff is subtle but effective, the medical staff gets to the point kindly and directly. In all, it is a laid-back friendly environment. The dates on the negative comments indicate SW Medical paid attention and fixed whatever was buggin' people. Either that or: "You most often get what you give in life." might apply. I'm just sayin' . . . .

He is the rudest doctor with BAD bedside manners. He says rude insulting things and won't even really evaluate you. He said to me "Well, what do you think is causing this." I don't know ?You are the doctor you tell me what could be causing my symptoms. Did not even let me tell him all my symptoms.

Wow what an experience, First thing when I walked in the office the smell was horrible thought I was going to vomit, then i walked up to the front desk to the lady sitting there and the first thing she said to me was "What insurance do you have?, I stated that I have Medicare and she said “Oh you have Medicare well its going to be $129” and then told her that I called and spoke with someone @ 8 and she told me it would be $25 co-pay with no secondary insurance, she said that’s not true I am the only one here (sitting at a desk on the other side of the room is a blonde hair women i asked her did i speak with her and she said yes it was me! This infuriated this other woman who I believe was trying to rip me off. So not only did the place smell like (crap) but the receptionist/office coordinator Catrina Hubbard according to her card (HAHAHA what a joke, so unprofessional) was extremely nasty as well as she decimated against me due to me being on Medicare! I would never take anyone here not even my worst enemy. This place deserves no stars!!! I’m going to report them to BBB and whom ever I can! This place should be shut down, there so call doctors what a joke. Read the other reviews, prescribed wrong medications. BAD… BAD PLACE!!!!

Beware of this facility. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt it was important to write one this time so others can avoid what I went through. In short, I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Kyle. He then prescribed medication to me that actually made my condition worsen. I had to seek treatment from another doctor at another facility to clear up the issue. Dr. Kyle seems unqualified to me, and I don't make this statement lightly. I asked him three times if he would check the results of my test and all three times he flatly refused to do so saying "Tell me your symptoms. I can determine from there." I trusted him, which is something I wished I hadn't done, and I ended up worse off than when I'd walked through the door. When I explained the issue to the office manager, Traci, she said they would still be billing me and my insurance. In my opinion, Dr. Kyle and this facility offers dangerously poor medical care.

Front Desk is not very helpful, compassionate or caring but the doctors are very nice and professional.
