Incompetente, Unprofessional. Ive been having problems with my systems ever since Scott took over pooldaddy. Scott was a no call, no show for 2 weeks without the curtesy of letting use know he would be out of town. Once I hired a new pool company, I discovered that all the problems I was having were induced by Scott not know what he was doing, and the new pool man repaired my pool in one day. A feat that Scott couldn't accomplish in almost 2 years. When I called Scott to personally let him know why I was canceling his services, he had the gall to hang up on me, and threaten to charge me for repairs that had to be made due to his negligence. Scott even called me a liar reference a phone call I made to him, saying I never called. Scott can't even figure out that his invoices have a phone number on them that are not his.
I would rate zero it were possible, horrid customer service.
If I could give ZEROS I would. My management company has this pool service so I am stuck with him. I am going to hire someone else lived her 6 months and was only able to use the pool 2 month very unprofessional
I should have known this company was going to be bad when I couldn't even find them on yelp!! Went thru my home warranty to find someone to replace my pool pump, they assigned these boneheads to do the job! Should have known something was up when they don't answer their phone, even during regular business hours, they are unprofessional even on the phone and worse in person. Not only that, they guy didn't even fix the problem, just left a bolt off my pump so I had water all over my backyard!!! This place is a joke! I don't even understand how they are part of the BBBand have a contract with home warranty companies!!! Don't let them waste your time and take your money! Go elsewhere!!
Never answer their phones , Failure to update customer on service request. Pooltechs was contacted through our home warranty company and was NOT selected by me as a consumer, so had NO choice in company selection. Shame on home warranty company to allow such an unprofessional company be part of their preferred vendors. . Work order was opened on 8/2/17 here we're on 8/25/17 and still nothing fixed. Left multiple message with no call returned call. In addition, their customer service skills were extremely lacking with no follow-up, fabrication of visits, lack of knowledge with assessment of pool problems and needed repairs, and overall rude behaviors.
Mark, the owner of Summer's Pool Service and Repair is a SCAMMER!! He claims to replace hundreds of dollars in equipment (pool filters) in actuality he replaced NOTHING. Mark Lawson is a scam artist. Beware!!! He bills his customers and doesn't show up for his weekly service and claims he does. When you call him out on his lies and scams he doesn't return phone calls, texts or emails. He talks a big game but really he's just out to scam you! Install cameras like we did and you can catch thieves like this phantom cleaning your pool and NOT REPLACING EQUIPMENT!!!
Ive had many different pool services at three different locations over the years. I now have Aqua Piranha and I must say they are the best by far. Rob, a lifelong vegas resident and owner of this company has a wealth of knowledge, an enthusiasm for perfection and is always super professional and appreciates the business we give him. A family owned business that strives on customer service and my pool has never been cleaner. Aqua Piranha cleans my pool out to perfection, not my pockets. I have them 10 out of 10. - A Happy Customer
New pool and so excited. The team has been very friendly and very knowledgeable about are system. Thanks you
We built a brand new salt water pool. It has been a very slow, frustrating experience. EVERY person we have met with Pooltech has been amazing! They have been the best part of this frustrating process.
Worst service ever and a complete scam. Our HSA sent them to our home, they lied about the repair and didn't fix it. Will not return calls at the office or the tech but they sure scammed us for our $75. Angry customer to say the least. Shouldn't be in business.
