Terrible! I went there for an annual exam and was told I'd need a surgery and that after they sent an authorization request and it was approved by my insurance company I could have the surgery scheduled. That was OVER a month ago and they still have not sent the authorization request to my insurance company. Not only have they not sent it, they have not called me to tell what the holdup is. Since my initial appointment, I have called them several times, spent hours on the phone either on hold or talking to someone, explaining my situation over and over again. Each time, they tell me someone will call me back within 24 hours to let me know what's happening. At this point, I find their inaction to be incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. There is no way I will trust them to perform surgery on me. I have made an appointment with another OBGYN. I will certainly let all my girlfriends know to avoid this place.
I had occasion to need urgent care here once, and my wife twice in the past year. The standard of care at Siena Heights is amazing. The communication among staff is subtle but effective, the medical staff gets to the point kindly and directly. In all, it is a laid-back friendly environment. The dates on the negative comments indicate SW Medical paid attention and fixed whatever was buggin' people. Either that or: "You most often get what you give in life." might apply. I'm just sayin' . . . .
There is horrible communication between staff. They made me come back to take additional test at quest (and of coarse pay another co-pay) I had blood drawn earlier that week. I questioned why they could not use that. The lady at the front desk said it was too old. So I go back to quest, as I am checking in Tara the nurse calls my cell phone saying now they can use my earlier test. I was confused and asked why I was called to come down in the first place if the earlier test could be used. Tara gave me a nasty attitude "what don't you understand." "Who are you gonna believe me or the front desk girl." Tara is nasty nasty nasty.

This is the worst office visit I have ever experienced. I went to Dr. Singson and she goes to the office trying to kick you out of it before you know it. She does not even care to read your medical record before or during your visit and then ask some questions including why you are there. She is so focusing to run away of the office that she changes the history you already tell her. She just examine you, go back to the computer and that's it.
PLEASE DO NOT EVEN TRY TO SEE DR. SINGSON!!! She does not spend time with you and even worse she does not read your medical record at all. Lastly, if you are a Coumadin patient, they do not have the INR monitor on-site and you have to go to Quest Diagnostic to get your sample drawn and wait 2 days for the results.
