I had a neck pain/ kink for three days and it was getting worse and they did help me with my pain so thank you for that, however, my experience was not in the least respectful or professional.... I have a Doctor me and my family use on Eastern but we live at Lake LV and I could not drive to Eastern so I called my insurance and told them I needed a doctor close as possible so that is how I landed there. I made a apt and when I arrived I was called to the front in front of everyone and told if I was seeking drugs the doctor won't give to me..... I'm the front with a stiff neck in a lot of pain with my kids. I told her I was there for help because my neck was getting worse and I had to go to work next day... I was appalled! How dare they basically call me a druggy drug seeker without even seeing me.... So I told the nurse how I felt and how outraged I was. She was full of apologies and we both got the so called communication out of way. The doctor came in quick and was cold and didnt tell me anything other than sleep on other side.... They did give me a shot and that helped the stiff and pain in my neck but I think this place should reevaluate it approach. Maybe the doctors could find a better practice should they not be such QUACKS.....

You won't find a more caring Doctor! I have been going to her for over 2 years and love her new office! I can get my blood work done right there without having to find time to go to another lab - love this new feature at her office.
The wait time is not any different than any other doctor in the area. Once you are with the Dr. she gives you her undivided attention and will do whatever she can to help you.

I didn't even get a chance to meet the doctor. This was my first appointment, and also my last! Upon arriving, the receptionist was on the phone, and did not even acknowledge my arrival. A simple nod or I'll be right with you would have sufficed. After standing at the desk uncomfortably for a few minutes, she finished her phone call and asked how she could help me. I told her my appointment time and she then had me fill out my paperwork. She then took my copay. After sitting patiently for 50 minutes, I was then called. I was weighed and had my bp taken. I was then told someone would be right in to take my medical history, and then the doctor would see me after that. I waited another 15 minutes, and still no sign of anyone. I opened the door and asked the assistant how much longer it would be and she told me I would be next. When I asked how much longer that meant it would be, she became agitated and told me she couldn't tell me that because she didn't know. I could not believe she got aggrivated with me for asking how long it would be! How dare I?! I then told her that waiting over an hour was unacceptable and asked for my copay back. While waiting for my copay a very nice woman told me that Dr. Shurtleff was worth the wait. I'm sorry, but my idea of a good doctor starts with their ability to hire a competent, respectful staff, and also respects the fact that my time is also valuable. At the very least someone could have said that they were sorry for the long wait! All I saw from the moment I walked in were poor attitudes, and a feeling of intrusion!

With the exception of a couple of the nurses the staff is horrible! They have zero customer service skills. Also the way the company runs it's scheduling is ridiculous. Long waits, seen by arrival time instead of appointment time. Why make an appointment?! I only keep going because I love Dr. Shurtleff and I don't need to go in often.

Great Doctors.....slow slow slow service...no call backs for days...if ever...plan on spending your day there....appointment or not....if it's lunch..tack on another 45 minutes while they all disappear..It's been 3 days trying to get my antibiotic changed to one I can take.....still they haven't called the pharmacy....I could die of respiratory failure. The doctors are good, the business and overbooking is horrendous. I'm changing doctors because of the time I spend there. It's not good business in that respect. There are other good doctors with less wait time..geezzzz
