I was a little afraid of what the verdict would be when the service guy(Jason) showed up but ,I was surprised with the job that he did ,so far I can say I'll call Sears every time. I have the Whole Home Warranty now, I used to have just a couple Items on warranty,But I told my Husband how good of job they done in the past and he agreed that we should get The Whole Home Warranty! I'm so glad we did!

My problem is with the Ft.MohaveAZ sears tech's not warm springs! After 4 visit's and 20 days later still no central air. Neither tech toke a pressure check after adding Freon called it good and left. After it went down again came back did a pressure check said guess what you have a leak(DAH) I'll be back in the morning didn't show no word why and I called and had to schedule another appt and another six days, supposed to be here tomorrow 8-12am we'll see. That makes 21days without a repair yet. Wish us LUCK!!

Technician was friendly and explained how to take care of my washing machine to prolong the life of my washer. I was really impressed. The past technicians never took the time to educate me about cleaning my soap dispenser out or even how it could be removed. And also the reason it leaks in the front. If more technicians would take the time to educate their customers maybe they wouldn't have to be called out on the small repairs. Also Jason the tech told me about a better warranty that Sears has for the whole house. Thank You to Jason and to Sears always. To anyone looking for anything for your home look at Sears and remember their warranty. We're been using them for years and won't go anywhere else.
