After 2 weeks of attempts and I finally received a call back from Shawny M. things so far have gone well. She took care of everything so far and is super nice on the phone and knowledgeable. I'm hoping the rest is taken care of as easily. Thank you Shawny!!!! My 5 stars are for you.
Once I got to the right person they were very helpful. the first person I talked to talked to fast and there was a lot of static on the phone and I could not understand them. She transferred me and that didn't work because the technical support was not the area it need on this line. I hung up and called back and got someone i could talked to and they helped me quickly and efficiently.
One of the best companies I have ever worked with! They have outstanding customer service-which is a rarity in today's apathetic world. All of the customer service representatives attentively listened to me and showed genuine concern for my issues. Call backs were prompt. All were courteous and understanding.
My customer service today was excellent! She was so patient with me when I seemed to be getting frustrated. I wasn't frustrated with her, I was with me though, not understanding everything. But she walked me through it very calmly which is what I needed. I was thankful she was there and I had put off calling for a month because I didn't want to deal with it. But it was simple and hopefully I will not need to call for a while.
As a Business owner... I have to acknowledge Shawny M as the best example of friendly, efficient and helpful customer service I have experienced in years !! Debra was the most kind, courteous and professional service representative that I have had the pleasure of working with in years. I manage a team of 200 employees and would happily hire her to lead our customer service division. She demonstrated a large amount of product knowledge and was able to navigate a confusing and unknown issue with grace and professionalism. Debra also instilled confidence that the issue would be resolved and that she would also follow up on the issue. That is truly rare.
