WATCH OUT!
REALLY, I think they are set up to do a good repair job and most are quite pleasant. BUT, The gloves come off if you suggest they did something wrong! They attack with this condescending attitude while insulting your intelligence about your knowledge of the condition of your car. All in defense of what they absolutely could not have done wrong!
If you must use this company, use caution. 1) Photo document condition of the entire car. 2) Take a detailed inventory the contents of your car. 3) Document your fuel at drop off. FYI, they offer no explanation for the obvious missing fuel. 4) Document your mileage at drop off.
Let the fun begin when you get your car back! FYI, a whoops and a 15 minute repair would have made me a happy customer!
I have an update. I was able to take my car back to find a much better attitude as they completed the job to my satisfaction.

Provided by DexKnowsI had a ding in my car from an idiot that push a shopping cart into my car, it caused a dent and paint damage. You can even tell their was any damage, the color match was perfect and it was a lot less than I thought it would be to fix. This is my 3rd repair they performed I cant imagine using anyone else.

I brought my truck in to get repairs. The staff was great, the shop is clean and everything was finished in a timely matter. My truck looks at least as great as when I bought it and they gave me a warranty on all their work!! Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I need repairs it is the only place I will ever go!

Provided by DexKnowsI got into an accident with my Mercedes and the insurance company responsible referred me to New Look. They were on time with repairs, called Enterprise Rent-a-Car for me, my car looks brand new again and the whole experience was amazing! I am very happy I went to this shop! I also referred my friend who recently got in an accident with her 6 series BMW and she was very happy with the outcome. This is a very clean, well organized shop with a very friendly and professional staff.

Not only did this facility repair my vehicle back to factory quality but I had the best customer service experience! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and delivered it to me in excellent condition. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop itself. This was by fare the most organized shop I've ever worked with and highly recommend using them!
