My Left Foot Children's Therapy

I've been taking my son to My Left Foot since June 2011 because they offer all the therapies he needs at one facility. The staff have been the most helpful and caring people I have come across in a long time. They all know me all know me and my son by name when we walk in and make us feel very welcome. Anytime I need help with something, they take care of it with a smile. The therapists are great with my son. I have a hard time getting him to leave after therapy. The center is also very clean and open seven days a week.

It's like a fast-food version of children's therapy. The office staff is disorganized and rude. They seem to have a LOT of turnover. Our 4 year-old son was diagnosed with ASD by a neurologist and we found My Left Foot Children's Therapy through google. The cost seemed really reasonable, so we tried ABA / speech therapy for our son for a few months. Gotta say, that was the worst decision ever. His behavior actually got worse: more repetitive behaviors, started using more jargon instead of words, began hitting himself when he was upset. I didn't realize, but I don't think any of the therapists are actually licensed. They all have degrees in occupational theraoy not child psychology. Anyway, we've moved to another therapist. I would not recommend My Left Foot Children's Therapy at all.

The therapists at My Left Foot Children's Therapy are the best! They make therapy fun and they really know their stuff! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to see their child make big improvements and have fun doing it!
