I must preface this review by letting you know that I despise car dealerships. No, like I really, REALLY hate buying a new car. I always feel like the salesmen are out to get you in every way possible, from telling you what you want to hear to straight up lying in an attempt to sell you things you don't want or need. I always view it as a "me against them" experience and I show up ready to do battle. As far as car buying experiences go, I'm happy to report that this was one of the easiest.
Our salesperson, Trent, was as cool and calm as they come. He was super easy to deal with, seemed eager to please and make us happy, and had a relaxed, laid back personality. He took most of the stress out of the car buying experience. This was our first time buying a true luxury brand automobile, and I was very impressed. Trent was always on time for our appointments, was proactively attentive to our calls and texts, and would do his best to keep us comfortable (even offering us a slice of pizza when we were there at lunchtime and were waiting for the paperwork to be completed). He answered all of our questions correctly the first time and with authority. I will absolutely buy a car from him in the future.
The dealership itself is very comfortable too, and it was always easy to find help when we needed it. We originally had planned to buy our Mercedes from the other dealership in town but after we went back and waited nearly an hour after the time of our scheduled appointment (our sales guy was "tied up" and never showed), we eventually left and came to Henderson. I'm so happy we did!
The delivery experience was easy too, with our car displayed in a fancy garage bay. I noticed a few minor blemishes on the paint and Trent immediately went to get someone to come and buff them out. They even had a really nice woman (I can't remember her name!) thoroughly go over the new features of the car. It was excellent customer service.
The only reason this wasn't a 5 star experience was the finance department. Nobody likes to deal with all the finance junk where they hard sell you on all sorts of extras that you don't need, but this was not the most pleasant part of the transaction. Pete was a nice guy and I actually liked him a lot, and I know it's his job to assertively push the extras on customers, but it got super unpleasant when he was really, REALLY pushing us hard on buying into the Mercedes Service Plan. Not only would he not take "no" for an answer, he eventually made us feel BAD about not buying it. I told him the fact that he was pushing it so hard made it obvious to me it wasn't a good deal for us as consumers. He tried every tactic in the book too, making us feel like we weren't adding it on because we couldn't afford it. Please. Why would we be in a Mercedes dealership in the first place?
Eventually we got out of the finance department and because of that obnoxious push, we declined every other add-on. Normally he could've sold us some things but I was so disgusted that we didn't get one extra thing.
So other than that, this is a great dealership and if we decide that we love Mercedes (since this is our very first one), I will definitely be back to buy future cars. Trent knows how to build loyalty, and he will be our go-to guy from now on.

I've never had any problems with MB of Henderson until this last time.. The car was at the dealership for almost 6 weeks before it was ready for a pick-up. Anything could have happened to it at that time. When I picked it up, I noticed that all four rims on my car had identical deep scratches that were not there when I brought the car in for service. Guest relations manager Pablo told me they were not going to do anything about it because there was no "walk around" performed when I brought the car in for service, which obviously was a mistake on the part of the dealership. I called general manager James Chaisson and left him a voice mail with my name and phone number. Someone, I'm assuming him, called me back with a nasty attitude almost yelling at me, said there was nothing they would do about it and that I was on my own. Next month I was going to upgrade my car at that dealership but after this unpleasant experience I am reconsidering my decision, just like I am now really hesitant to bring my car back for service, since every time I bring it in I obviously put it at risk of being damaged by the staff. This is not Mercedes-Benz level of customer service. No manager and I don't care how big or small should talk down to a customer. I am truly disappointed with how this situation was handled.

My resent purchase at Mercedes was the most easy and best dealership I ever been too. I never wanted a Mercedes. Until I drove one and all the people who helped me with my sell Jim Chaisson,Tom Judge and Pete Moneo. Because of them I bought the car. Customer service is there #1 priority there.When I'm done with this car I will buy another Mercedes for sure !! Thank you for everything guys !! I love my Mercedes !!!

From beginning to the end the service at Mercedes Benz of Henderson was hands down the best service i've experienced in my 30+ years of purchasing Mercedes Benz!!! First of all Ray Jimenez was so confident, kind and calm! He made me feel very comfortable about the decision that I'd made!! Ray then introduced Michael Kreps!! I was blown away by the knowledge, confidence and honesty these two men had exhibited thus far!! I didn't experience any dramatic running around and stressful decision making!! I have to say that my mom and I were treated like Queens!! Ray, Jason and Michael were taking care of everything, and before you know it I was being introduced to another pleasant individual, Pete Moneo.......Pete , just in Mercedes Benz of Henderson style, explained everything that we needed to know about the deal we had just made!! I'm just so impressed with the total customer service I received that I've already recommended this dealership to two of my friends!! I mean we felt so comfortable and cared for from the moment we stepped out of the car being personally directed, by a young man who valeted my car while the ladies up front provided us with coffee, water and cookies............ The General Manager came out and introduced himself to us while inspecting my beautiful C300! There was a little tape on the window and before you know it there were 4 men going over my car again!! Ray and Michael especially, laid the Red Carpet down for me and My mom!!! I'm do excited about the customer service that I received, I could go on and on!! My God everyone I encountered there made us feel good about everything!! Thank You Ray Jimenez and your wonderful staff !! I'm a HAPPY WOMAN!! Thanx for a kind , courteous, stress free experience!! We Love You all !!

I recently purchased a used Lexus SC430 from Mercedes Benz of Henderson. Since I came from out of state to purchase the Lexus I spoke with the customer relations manager and asked about the condition of the vehicle. He said it was immaculate with no problems and never been in an accident.
When I arrived at the dealer after a 5 hour drive I was surprised how un-detailed the car was. Numerous body marks from adjacent doors a couple of minor door dents etc. and I was not to happy that this immaculate car looked so poorly. My decision to go ahead a buy was based on the mechanical condition which was outstanding - all services were performed at the local Lexus dealer every 5 thousand miles.
Next the finance manager wanted to sell us a extended warranty of course and we kept saying no as our credit union had a very attractive warranty available at a good cost. Well he kept dropping the price and said he could sell us a Lexus 6 year 60K warranty for $1900 with zero deductible. Well this sounded pretty good so we said yes.
When I got home the next day I started detailing the Lexus and found that the clear coat was flaking off the rear bumper. I took it to a body shop I have been using for over 20 years and they told me the rear of the car had been in an accident and the paint job on the rear bumper was shoddy and needed to be re-painted.
A week later we get the Lexus warranty in the mail and the expiration date is in 2 years! I called Lexus to find out why and they said the effective date of the 6 year warranty was from first date of sale of the car. The finance manager seemed to have forgotten to tell us this!! We thought we were purchasing a 6 year warranty, not a two year warranty.
Now this was just deceptive sales. I called Mercedes Benz of Henderson and complained to deaf ears.
Finally I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas for non disclosure of the accident and the actual terms of the extended service contract but they never responded. I would suggest if you feel that you have been taken advantage of like I do that you go ahead and file your own complaint.

I think anyone that finds and reads these issues with this dealer should be forewarned. My next step is a complaint to Mercedes Corporate as suggested by another reviewer.

The experience I had was not only beneficial for my family, but was also a great experience considering it was at a dealership. The staff were friendly, and very accommodating. I really enjoyed working with Henderson Mercedes Benz. They took their time to explain to me the ins and outs of my purchase. I thank you all very much for my pleasurable experience.

This is my first Mercedes, (I am a former BMW and Audi owner) and they exceeded my expectations. I drove away with a beautiful Mercedes SUV with all the features I wanted, at the price I wanted. The salesman, Ray Jimenez was friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and accommodating. The finance manager, Pete Moneo, was very organized and it was a breeze to complete the paperwork. For me, this was by far the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience and I highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

Jim I cant express the satisfaction I got when I purchased my slightly used car. I thought it was going to be a hectic long process and in fact it was the complete opposite. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they were very attentive to my needs. Jim was great he found the car for me at the reasonable payment. I thank you Jim and everyone else who was involved with my purchase well done.

What a great lease deal. I got a great deal with little down and got the car that was right for me. I must say Mike stuck to his word and delivered everything he told us. I got a cute white Mercedes Benz like i have always wanted. I promised him that I would write a review to let everyone know if your in the market for a new car Henderson Mercedes Benz is the place. Great team of sales people, and might I add beautiful dealership too. Thanks again
