These guys are awesome!! Helpful, understanding, and competitive prices.
They replaced my engine in my chevy truck. They completed the job fast and she purrs like a kitten.

Horrible experience at the new Meineke Car Care Center at 2460 Sunridge Hgts, in the same location that Auto Tech Masters used to be. The manager there thinks he's a club bouncer and attempted to bully me off the property telling me to "F*&^kin get out" repeatedly.



Some history. I was taking my truck in there to have a leak look at - now I've been going to this location for quite a long time and I've had about $3000 dollars of work performed on this truck in the last couple of months. When I arrived a group of employees were all standing around the garage smoking. An elderly man was attempting to steady himself with his cane and open the door to the building. He couldn't do it and not one of the employees offered to help. I approached the gentleman and offered to open the door for him. Once we were inside, the elderly gentleman and myself had to wait until the "smoking break" was over before someone came in to assist us. I explained that I had a lot of work done on my truck over the last couple of months here, the last visit being just a week ago, and something is leaking on the truck now and asked them to take a look. They did and discovered the water pump leaking - the water pump that they had just installed about a month ago. But wait - I find out, it wasn't Meineke that installed it - it was Auto Tech and so they won't cover the warranty. I was never told that that Meineke had taken over - even last week when the continued to perform the work on the tuck that Auto Tech and listed for me. Apparently Meineke is all too happy to raid the Auto Tech computers for customers, but not willing to make good on work performed during the transition. The manager explained it like this, "When a McDonalds buys a Burger King you don't get a refund from McDonalds when there are other Burger Kings around." When someone figures that out please message me so that I can get it too!





Just wanted to give you all a heads up to the "Club Bouncer" mentality that is at this location.

This has changed hands and is now Meineke and will not honor groupon from autotech. Beware

Bought out Auto tech but refuses to honor groupons bought and paid for. Beware. He knows he has a legal obligation but figures no-one will do anything about it.

We have several issues with one of our cars. Many others have looked at the car and could find out the issue. They recognized the issue with persistence as a computer error throwing invalid commands to the rest of the system. Installed a new computer and all the other issues went away. Should have gone here first but now it's the only place I'll go.
