These guys are always on it every time I take my car. I've always received great service and they always wash my car. The first time I came to Findlay was because I didn't want to take my car to a closer Toyota because they're always busy and their employees aren't as friendly. Thanks for the great experience and I will be back again.
I live in the NW by Centennial Toyota but called to get a service quote from Findlay (I can't stand Centennial Toyota, I've had too many bad experiences with their service department. I find them to be shady and unprofessional. They've remove my email several times when there's been a problem so I can't take their satisfaction survey!). Anyways, instead of taking advantage of me, I was told by Phil Crabtree the service I requested was unnecessary. Thanks for your honesty Phil! That demonstrates integrity! Also, the receptionist has very good phone etiquette. I've called several times and have never been blind transferred.
Every negative thing you have heard about car dealerships, you will encounter at Findlay Toyota of Henderson.
I do have to start out by saying that this is partially my fault for not printing out the offer and description of the vehicle before going in. But this dealer, Findlay Toyota has NO integrity and ZERO respect for their customers!!!
The unit had just come out of the shop for inspection, so it hadn't been detailed and there was no window sticker yet. . They started negotiating at $26K even though they had listed a price of $25K. (I found that out when I got home) Immediately jacked up the price by a grand since there was no tag in the window.
Ad said it was certified. They pulled the certification out during negations.
I made one request in the whole deal. Clean the mud off the frame. It was caked in mud. No problem said the sales manager. I will leave them a note to make sure it's completed. I go back Monday, asked the sales manager if they had cleaned the mud off. His response, I sure hope so. Go to the vehicle, take a look underneath. You guessed it. Caked in mud. They hadn't touched the outside except for the quicky wash they did on Friday. Water spots everywhere. Bird crap on the windshield. At least they got most of the dog fur out. Could not get out of that place fast enough.
I hate the fact that I dealt with this dealership. I hate they they have no integrity, no respect for their customers. And I hate that I allowed myself to be manipulated by Findlay Toyota.
So I put a down payment of $3,000 and they sold it while we were waiting on paperwork! They didn't warn me or anything. It was Gaspar and Rick, they took my money to hold the car but still sold it to someone else. Why? More money? I'm so upset! I'm back at square one after so much stress!
They are good, but, you have to watch out what's on the contract, read thoroughly and look at the charges. Do the Math every time they show you something and look what are the promotion or giveaways. You have to get something before you buy a car because you are spending a lot of money. We all deserve something like a Toyota Keyhain, ipad or something to make us happy.
We spent $40,000 at the dealer and they never give us nothing even though they had a mini ipad giveaways that day. They said I need the mailer, I told the salesperson that I got rid of the mailer & he said he can't give me the mini Ipad :(. When I spoke to his Manager 2 days after I bought the car, he told me that I don't need a mailer as long as I mentioned that I wanted the mini Ipad before we close the deal, so that, they will put that in the contract. I spoke to the Customer service manager, she did her best but no luck, I spoke to the salesperson's Manager, still no luck. WHY? because the deal is over and no matter what I do they won't give me the mini ipad anymore. It would be nice if the Manager offered me something like, a Toyota keychain, or a hat or something else, if they really can't give me the mini ipad.
At the end of the day I'm happy because I got 0 APR and 0 down even though I had a bankruptcy last year. I'm just sad because the Manager did not try to make us happy.

My experience at Findlay Toyota was very positive interactions with sales financing and service personnel very positive. Located your dealership my email searching for a particular model of Prius. Yours was the first on to respond and have models I was looking for on the way. Sales explained all the details extremely well and thoroughly. Tom Moriarity of Nevada Federal Credit Union suggested emailing dealers until I found the model I was looking for. Robert Anderson was my salesperson.

The experience I had with Findlay Toyota was very good. Howie was looking for the right truck for me and when it came in he called. We worked out a price and quickly had an agreement. I found Findlay Toyota through Autotrader.. Howie Lederman was great.
What can I say, I wish other businesses would adopt your customer business model. Antwaun Bynum was 3 plays ahead of the game, he was great, I would have bought the whole dealership if I could, but due to cash constraints I left with a nice piece of it, a Toyota Corolla. Thanks guys
This is my opinion of Findlay Toyota- I've never really been very happy with a car dealership until now. I was surprised to find that a good answer was provided for every question I had, and I had a lot of questions. My salesperson couldn't have been any more patient than he was and I was thrilled. The attention to detail when I was in the finance office was truly amazingﾅtoo much so. They don't miss a beat. The other people walking around that work there were equally nice. My car was explained well just before I left. If I buy another Toyota, I'll for sure return to Findlay.
When I arrived at Findlay it was a busy Saturday, and there were people everywhere trying to get test-drives I guess. I almost left and then I found Jeff R who I had talked to a couple days earlier on the phone. The car was great, and then after a little confusion about payment I was finally out of there. But I would go back for sure!
My wife and I went to Findlay Toyota to buy our 3rd car we've gotten from them and as usual everything went very smooth. We had a different salesman than the last time and he was just as good as the one we used before. His name was Robert and I would highly refer anyone to him. He wasn't pushy and didn't rush us either. We love our new Tundra.

Our experience at Findlay Toyota was very informative and good. It took awhile to find what we were looking for, but our sales person Ron Glenn helped us to find the exact car we were hoping to find. We had a couple of hiccups in finance, but everyone treated us more than fair. We are happy with the overall outcome.
Thank you Findlay Toyota and thank you Robert! (my salesman) I will come back for sure! My car is great and probably will last so long and I hope everyone that helped me is still there when that day comes! Thanks for a perfectly wonderful purchasing experience!
