        Slum lords

        I rented a house from them, the neighborhood was great, but the house needed paint inside, the place wasn't very clean when I moved in.rugs needed shampooing and bubbleers were broke.when I moved out I cleaned the place better then what I found it and I was robbed of my full deposit. Beware!

        JR Realty will keep a portion of your deposit no matter how good you leave the property.



        If the AC goes out in the middle of the summer. Expect a week or two to get it fixed.
