Beauty Nail Salon

I came in a while ago to receive a cut and all over color and though I thought maybe eventually I would forget about the horrid service I received and move on; I cant! When I walked in the front desk was gorgeous and I was very excited to see what was behind their wall...The rest of the decor was useless. Bright blue and black..EVERYWHERE. I felt like I was in a teenagers dream house. Next it seemed like the girls who were doing hair around where I was did NOT want to be there. They complained to their customers and just left much to be desired. Moving on the the gal who cut and colored my hair. What a nightmare!!! She had just started there a few weeks ago and already had a horrible attitude! She commented on my wedding ring and immediately began to tell me how she thought that marriage was a worthless idea and only for people with no brains. I was so offended I would have walked out right then if I didn't already have some foils in my hair. I tried to sympathize with her supposing maybe she just had some bad experiences in her past but it was just too much! There was no end or boundary to her complaining. Next I specifically told her, i want to be MORE blonde by the time I leave here...by the time I left it looked as if she hadn't done anything! I still had my roots! After my hair was colored and she asked me how I wanted it styled I told her "I DO NOT LIKE MY HAIR CURLED. I WANT IT STRAIGHT". She proceeded to make fun of my choice and do what SHE WANTED instead. She blow dryed my hair with a round brush and curled it. After it was done I told her I wanted it straightened and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed heavily. I was SO MAD. I can't believe I paid almost $200 to have such a horrible experience. I have never met a hair dresser who was so unhappy, so unprofessional and such a crappy listener.

Usually when I come to a salon I want to be pampered; after all it's expensive! I don't want to spend the entire time listening to my hair dressers complaints about the world around her and walk out in the worst mood. From within the first 5 minutes I just wanted to leave. There was dust and hair everywhere on the floors, the mirrors and around the chairs. The people were rude and cold. My hairstylist was ATROCIOUS. I have NEVER received such horrible customer service IN MY LIFE.

I will NEVER, EVER come back to Aqua Hair Salon.

I definitely found my new nail salon. My daughter and I both got a manicure and the girls did a great job. Love my wedding nails. The staff was great. We enjoyed our visit there. Very friendly setting. Highly recommend this place.

This salon is under new owner ship recently and I have been there twice and plan on continuing my relationship. They are fun, laid back, and great at what they do! I would recommend anyone coming here!

I found the service to be slow and unprofessional. The tech did not wash out the foot basin after finishing one customer and before filling it with water for the next customer. The owner and receptionist were talking about one of the other customers feet and how bad they were. I could only imagine how they talk about customers when there is no one is in the salon. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer. I give this place a half star.

Fantastic people, great service!

I have been going to Beauty Nail Salon for a couple of months now. It first started when I walked in for a fix and reshape of a full set I've got two days ago from another salon. The nail tech spend a lot of time fixing my nails and making it look naturally beautiful. I always receive compliments even when I was due for a refill. I even took my family to get their nails and toes done, and they loved it. Even my dad enjoys an amazing pedicure experience. They also do waxing and my eyebrows was done perfectly. waxed, trimmed, and reshaped. they're the best in the area after shopping around from one salon to another. I finally found my new comfortable place. So, I highly

recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going to Beauty Nail Salon for a while now and have always gone away laughing and with beautiful nails. My preferred service is the spa pedicure. The owners/nail techs provide, good, professional service while making your visit extremely personable. My feet are in sandals all summer and always look great due to the work that is done on them. After a nice soaking, cuticles are trimmed, nails are cut (no hang nails), feet and heels having the dead skin and callouses worked on. A nice massage on your lower legs and the color of my choice on my nails finish things up nicely. I have my fingernails done on occasion and they look beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and take my friends there when they come into town and we have a great time.
