Overall
Greetings, The first thing I'...

Greetings,

The first thing I'd like to tell you about Auto Credit Union is that:

If you find a car there that you just have to have, bring two other

people with you. 1) A good lawyer. 2) Your best mechanic to check

out the car.

And before you actually go through with the purchase, the best advise

is to read all the reviews about the place online that you can find.

Unfortunately, my friend didn't do this. At the time of this writing, I could find

several sites with MOSTLY BAD REVIEWS about the business.

The online reviews for ACU are really bad. Out of

ten reviews I read, only one was good. The others basically say: Turn and RUN.

And that the manager/owner is not a good person.

And, that is what I have to share with you, a BAD REVIEW.

Unfortunately, this story is just beginning, but here is where it starts:

My friend made the unfortunate mistake of choosing ACU to purchase

an SUV. Turns out this car is unfit for the road with really bad brakes.

Grinding metal to metal, these brakes are, full time. Ouch!

Never mind the fact (for this discussion) that the car is falling apart at

the seams. And what ever else is wrong.

So, here is the first thing I know:

Auto credit union of las vegas is a TRASH CAR PEDDLER. And I think that they

live and breathe behind the "AS IS NO WARRANTY" statement. Watch out, man!

I'm going to tell ACU about this review and ask them (the manager/owner)

Danny if he wants to make things right by taking the car back so my

friend can pick out a better car.

Meaning, this is going to be an ongoing story. And we will find out how

Danny wants this to read.

Okay, here's more:

Today, 12/28/2011 (happy holidays, BTW) I took the SUV to my local Ted Wiens shop to have the car actually checked out for safety and mechanical condition. What I found out is that the wheels have lug nut locks that we didn't know about (and were not given a key). How nice?
