Absolute Appliance fixed my Viking microwave much cheaper than replacement would've cost. Great experience, owner was helpful over phone while tech at my house was very professional and clean! I know who I'm calling from now on :)

I work for a Private Fiduciary in California. We have a house in Las Vegas that we are responsible for maintaining. As you can imagine this is not an easy task being in another State! I researched, online, an appliance installer for a new dishwasher that was purchased. I chose Absolute Appliance Services because of the many positive reviews. Rom was very professional and was able to provide the services needed, in more than, a timely fashion. He was able to accommodate our payment needs. My dishwasher door would not close . Strange as it's a new Frigidaire unit....and has only seen light use in the 2 years I've owned it. I called the factory help line and was told that it was no longer covered under warranty. However they provided the names of 4 factory authorized repair companies : ABM, Service Pro, Brownies,and A&P appliance. Being a little older and wiser I first decided to check them out on Yelp first. WOW !!! To my surprise all 4 of them had 1 star ratings at best !! :-(( Well so much for the factory's recommendations.

My search on Yelp determined that Absolute Appliance Service probably would the company to call. Rom took my call within 3 rings and scheduled an appointment for the next morning.

He showed up on time, very clean and neat looking,and within 15 seconds he knew exactly what the problem was. Removing the 2 mounting screws that holds the unit in place he was able to adjust the leveling screws on the bottom. The whole time from start to finish 5 minutes.

Because there were no parts involved his charge was minimal. I learned from Rom that he repairs all makes and models of home appliances.

There is not doubt in my mind that I have found the company that I will be using in the future and recommending to my friends and neighbors.Thanks Rom.
