I will never again purchase the Sear Master Protection Agreement! For many years I've bought Sears home appliances, my parents did the same. However, unfortunately, times have changed and Sears is no longer a reliable company. I've always used the Sears Protection Agreement but the past few service visits have been disastrous with horribly incompetent, rude service persons. The most recent visit was a couple of weeks ago and my washing machine is in the very same shape that it was before the rude service person came to repair! Sorry to say that this company, that I've trusted since my parents bought their products, is no longer dependable and unfortunately I don't have money to waste on purchasing their products or service protection agreements! Now hopefully they will send someone to correctly repair my washing machine....I'll have to keep my fingers crossed and unfortunately won't expect too much!!Also, when Sears sent an email for my feedback on the most recent service I expressed my absolute dissatisfaction with the service and requested that the company contact me. When I received a call from "Sears" (seen on my caller ID) a couple of days later, I expected to discuss my dissatisfaction. I was a bit surprised to learn that it wasn't a call regarding the horrible, useless service but was actually a sales person trying to sell another Protection Agreement for my refrigerator. Are they crazy??!! I'm still waiting for Sears to respond!!

The service person was ok but I would never call Sear's repair out again! I personally can not afford $500.00 an hour...
The tech was on time, professional and went immediately to work on the task at hand. He advised me that the dishwasher was not secured to the floor so I am hopeful that the unit will continue to function as before.
Repair Tech was on time.Repair Tech taught me how our water softener operates and provided useful tips.Friendly, courteous and good customer focus.
Sears repair man was awesome. Very professional and very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot on how to keep my washer and dryer in the best shape possible. I wish I could always have this particular repairman!!!
Service was exceptional. Very much appreciated. Service tech gave me several pointers on how to enhance the performance of my high tech washer and dryer.
My dishwasher would not drain. Another plumber told me to buy a new dishwasher. This technician figured out the problem, cleared out a piece of glass and problem solved. great technician. great service. Thank you!
My problem is with the Ft.MohaveAZ sears tech's not warm springs! After 4 visit's and 20 days later still no central air. Neither tech toke a pressure check after adding Freon called it good and left. After it went down again came back did a pressure check said guess what you have a leak(DAH) I'll be back in the morning didn't show no word why and I called and had to schedule another appt and another six days, supposed to be here tomorrow 8-12am we'll see. That makes 21days without a repair yet. Wish us LUCK!!
Technician was friendly and explained how to take care of my washing machine to prolong the life of my washer. I was really impressed. The past technicians never took the time to educate me about cleaning my soap dispenser out or even how it could be removed. And also the reason it leaks in the front. If more technicians would take the time to educate their customers maybe they wouldn't have to be called out on the small repairs. Also Jason the tech told me about a better warranty that Sears has for the whole house. Thank You to Jason and to Sears always. To anyone looking for anything for your home look at Sears and remember their warranty. We're been using them for years and won't go anywhere else.
repair man was very good. Problem was we had to wait a month to get the microwave repaired. If I have to wait a month for service, waist of time and money having a contract with Sears.
