They are horribly understaffed. An hour and a half wait is not acceptable. Two men working front desk are phlebotomists and receptionists. When one goes to lunch there is only one person available. One of the men is very rude and the other indifferent. If you must go here make an appointment.

In 1946, I was traumatized as a 4 year-old by a very scary family doc. Sitting up for a blood test will have my 6 foot 4 body on the floor immediately. The phlebotomist, Allie, at this location, was wonderful. She took her time was non-judgmental and understanding. I would not be afraid to do it again. Thank you.
First impressions are so very important and in customer service, the first person you come in contact with often sets the tone for your experience. When you are greeted with a smile and friendly disposition, it can alleviate any stress that may come later. Especially in a medical setting when you are already nervous to begin with. To be greeted with a cold demeanor really stinks. My impression of the staff member that I met was that she didn't like her job, or people. She was rude, cold, and frankly, imposing. No smile, no friendly conversation, just clinical and to the point. While I understand the seriousness of the job, there is no reason to treat the people who make your job possible, so terribly. Customer service isn't always a natural trait, but it can he taught, and this lady needs to be taught not only customer service, but compassion.Worst experience I've had thus far, anywhere, in Henderson.
Had a great experience with this company. They were friendly and informative and I got what I needs fast. I would definitely recommend.
