These guys are always on it every time I take my car. I've always received great service and they always wash my car. The first time I came to Findlay was because I didn't want to take my car to a closer Toyota because they're always busy and their employees aren't as friendly. Thanks for the great experience and I will be back again.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had from a business, customer service point. These people called me back to purchase a vehicle with a trade in and $2000 down. It took them 25 days to tell me they could not find someone to finance me from the terms agreed upon. I have given the vehicle back and they have still not returned my $2000 back to me after 7 days. I have now been charged interest on my credit card for something I have not purchased. No-one will call me back or give me a resolution for my problem. This is not right and is a joke. If you have any good thing to say about this place; you got lucky or you work there. Don't ever deal with these people if you have a choice
I bought Ford Focus from Towbin in May. Let me list the sh*t these guys pulled on me.1 There was only one key without the entry buttons,no big deal i thought until i tried to one made and was told it would be $280. I was also told that the car did not have remote entry. That was a lie,you just needed the key with the buttons on it, that key would cost $3802 the transmission was hesitant but I was told it was a double-clutching transmission.Another lie.I did some research on the vehicle and this transmission has troubles. So I called Towbin three days after the sale and they told me to take it to Ford myself.I told them BS I wanted them to get it fix and I needed a courtesy car while they fix the Focus. After much rambling they agreed but when I took the car down to the Towbin did not want to give me the courtesy car. They finally relented after I got extremely pissed.3 The backup camera/radio station readout did not work and Towbin said nothing about until I ask the salesman why you couldn't see what station the radio was on. Then it was mentioned it may be broken,it was.Another trip to the Ford dealer Luckily I caught that one before signing the paperwork or I would been screwed on that.4 there was film of something all over the car when I tried to wash it for the first time and found from auto detailer that Towbin had used a type WD-40 that hides scratches on black cars. Sure enough after the detailer clean the car of the WD40 ther were scratches all over it
I must preface this review by letting you know that I despise car dealerships. No, like I really, REALLY hate buying a new car. I always feel like the salesmen are out to get you in every way possible, from telling you what you want to hear to straight up lying in an attempt to sell you things you don't want or need. I always view it as a "me against them" experience and I show up ready to do battle. As far as car buying experiences go, I'm happy to report that this was one of the easiest. Our salesperson, Trent, was as cool and calm as they come. He was super easy to deal with, seemed eager to please and make us happy, and had a relaxed, laid back personality. He took most of the stress out of the car buying experience. This was our first time buying a true luxury brand automobile, and I was very impressed. Trent was always on time for our appointments, was proactively attentive to our calls and texts, and would do his best to keep us comfortable (even offering us a slice of pizza when we were there at lunchtime and were waiting for the paperwork to be completed). He answered all of our questions correctly the first time and with authority. I will absolutely buy a car from him in the future. The dealership itself is very comfortable too, and it was always easy to find help when we needed it. We originally had planned to buy our Mercedes from the other dealership in town but after we went back and waited nearly an hour after the time of our scheduled appointment (our sales guy was "tied up" and never showed), we eventually left and came to Henderson. I'm so happy we did!The delivery experience was easy too, with our car displayed in a fancy garage bay. I noticed a few minor blemishes on the paint and Trent immediately went to get someone to come and buff them out. They even had a really nice woman (I can't remember her name!) thoroughly go over the new features of the car. It was excellent customer service. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star experience was the finance department. Nobody likes to deal with all the finance junk where they hard sell you on all sorts of extras that you don't need, but this was not the most pleasant part of the transaction. Pete was a nice guy and I actually liked him a lot, and I know it's his job to assertively push the extras on customers, but it got super unpleasant when he was really, REALLY pushing us hard on buying into the Mercedes Service Plan. Not only would he not take "no" for an answer, he eventually made us feel BAD about not buying it. I told him the fact that he was pushing it so hard made it obvious to me it wasn't a good deal for us as consumers. He tried every tactic in the book too, making us feel like we weren't adding it on because we couldn't afford it. Please. Why would we be in a Mercedes dealership in the first place?Eventually we got out of the finance department and because of that obnoxious push, we declined every other add-on. Normally he could've sold us some things but I was so disgusted that we didn't get one extra thing. So other than that, this is a great dealership and if we decide that we love Mercedes (since this is our very first one), I will definitely be back to buy future cars. Trent knows how to build loyalty, and he will be our go-to guy from now on.
This was my worse car buying experience ever. The finance guy lied to me and said the payment would be the same without a warranty. This is when I should have walked out but the sales manager came and fixed that. Then immediately after I sign the contract I realize they upped the price $1000 from $25250 to $26250 my mistake didn't catch that so I ate the money. They owed me a check for 13k for my trade which they forgot to tell me they would hold till the car was funded even though they had my title. 7 days later i get a call my green slip is ready I go in to pick it up along with my check and they don't have my check the sales mananager was very rude to me, made fun of my deal and asked me to leave. On the way home i get a call from the general manager and he says he'll hand deliver my check the next day which he failed to do. I picked my check up the next night. This place will bait and switch you I will never return there. And hope I save someone from making the same mistake I made which is doing business with Henderson Nissan.
Harvey was fantastic, everything he said and promised was true. I didn't feel like I was being pressured at any time.
it was good. The process was not too long.it helps when you're dealing with a family member.
Friendly and helpful staff
