The only reason I don't give this Resort a 5 star rating is because it is not very "kid" friendly. Tried to get a hamburger at one of the burger restaurants, but adults only - because they serve alcohol....don't most restaurants serve alcohol? When my family came to visit with grandsons, the only place we could go for a meal was a walk-up window. And, if you try to walk through the hotel on the walkway with kids, you'll be stopped - even though this family was staying at the hotel. The pool was closed early and there was nothing for kids to do - no arcade, nothing. I like this this hotel for myself and husband, as it's close to home, does have good restaurants, and nice ambiance. Kids are allowed at the buffet, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday are unaffordable for a visiting family because of special Seafood Buffet.

The food here is really good and reasonably priced. The employees are always friendly. Although we enjoy coming here to eat, we usually don't stay to gamble very often because it's very noisy for a small casino. Maybe if they turned the volume down on their machines it would be more enjoyable.
Table Games Manager ·Leslie Wilcox is rude pit boss to coworkers and customers there is no communication within the dept and between the different depts. unorganized she feel the need to be sucked up to her . Office politics plays heavy in this company.
The best in customer service & satisfaction in Henderson! Awesome staff who patrol inside and out and are in great spirits always. Nice payouts & AWESOME food!! 24/7 Irish themed restaurant. Small in size, gigantic in taste & service!
EXCELLENT PLACE TO:*Get a burger*do a sports bet*chill with your peeps*play fun slots*know your locals*It's part of Station Casinos :)
Noisy, chatty, and catty old ladies fill this bingo room here at the Eldorado. Service from waitstaff in casino is fair, food in their only remaining open restaurant, "Mary's Diner" is OK at best. Aging casino and staff. Very little security outside building... most security is in casino, watching players play. Staff have nor display any first aid nor ambulatory procedure call experience.
No access to this casino for pedestrians. There is a glass & rock littered dirt wall to walk along 1/4 mile. It is a big issue, since the mass majority of customers here are elderly, disabled locals & their families when in town. Food at Emily's Cafe is hit or miss. Kinda smoky, but not as smokey as MGM Grand or Rainbow Casinos. Good music on occasion stuffed in the backhand corner of the club. A lot of inconsiderate smokers that sit next to non smokers & blow clouds. This place does have a shuttle, since Club Fortune refuses to put in a crosswalk NOR a sidewalk from Walgreen's to their door. Shuttle runs evenings 5 days a week only.Shuttle Club Fortune offers only picks up & drops off active players club card members with ID
SUPER SMOKE FILLED CASINO. Kids are brought to this casino's restaurant at all hours!!! It's a kidfest!! Plenty of screaming, crying, and touching nearby slot machines can be expected here. Such a shame.. Restaurant food is good, but the aging building leaks in the kitchen area as admitted to me by the wait staff!!! This is at the Water Street location. I am stunned they allow kids in a place with such poor air quality! There are 4 air cleaner floor units around the casino floor. Lousy customer service, if at all. The security is too busy watching folks play slots than patrolling the outside of property to keep homeless away from front of casino!!
This was a great place for a rehearsal dinner. Service here was excellent! Great recommendations by the waitstaff to accommodate my many food allergies. They were helpful, funny, and were on top of everything. They even accommodated our additional guests at the last minute. The food was really good too. I loved the grass fed bison filet and the buttermilk fried chicken. I've had better creamed spinach at other steakhouses, but this was good too. The sweet potato fries were just okay. The mac and cheese was good - decadent! And as others have probably mentioned the butter toffee cake was SOOOO good! I recommend Hank's for their attentive staff and good food.
Fantastic! I really loved the beet salad as well as the steaks.
