With out doubt the worst rental experience.Between Liberty Mutual & ENTERPRISE. With exception of Carlos & Mara the staff at Enterprise were uncaring and very rude, especially "guy" who inspected the car at pick up.I pointed out the fact that the front left tire was soft. He said it was a temperature fluctuation. Before I had driven 3 milesthe light came on and stayed on. Since he was the "expert" I left it on for the temperature to adjust it's self as he said it would. This guy was, rude, impolite & should NEVER deal with the public.
Customer Service was Excellent. Everyone was great....I would definitely recommend friends and family..
I like Enterprise. I will rent from Enterprise again. Why the low rating? They say "We'll pick you up." However, they should also explain they have limits. I needed a ride to pick up my car about 12 miles away (most of it highway). I was told I needed to return the car to a closer Enterprise location because this one would not go that far. I believe I was told a one to two mile radius. So I had to get back in the rental and drive to another location. How crazy is that? Don't advertise 'we'll pick you up' if you don't really mean it.
The staff at enterprise on warm springs in the auto mall was amazing. They met all of my needs. The staff in Anaheim at the Hilton did not attempt to meet my needs at all. The agent I dealt with in Anaheim was not able or willing to help me locate a service station when I went to them after the tire pressure light came on. She told me which shops I could go to but could not and would not tell me where those shops were (I drove down there from NV and was unfamiliar with the area). When I returned the car to the office on warm springs, I told the agent what happened and she was very empathetic and did what she could to make it right. I was impressed with the service and professionalism at the warm springs office and would definitely rent a car from that location again.
We rental a vehicle for four days. We had gone in the week before to make the reservation for afull size vehicle which also had been the sizevehicle approved by my insurance company. I also pre-registration with my driver license.When we arrival to pick-up the vehicle on Monday morning at 8 AM, I was told a full size vehicle wasn't available and would need to take a smaller vehicle.I refused the smaller vehicle and just at that time, a full size vehicle was checked in. I had a few while the vehicle was checked in and cleared which took approx. 20 - 25 minutes. The vehicle run well and there was no other problems other than the inside front windshield and back inside window were very dirty and very hard to see out of at sunset. I did report this when I turned in the vehicle.
They were great overall, the staff was very friendly & acknowledge me the minute I walked up which is a big must for me personally. Yes I would recommend them & I'll definitely go back to them for my next trip to Cali
I always rent from this location. There location is close to where I stay. The staff is pleasant and friendly. All I have to do is give them a call to be picked up they are fast. I will continue to rent a car from this location. GOOD JOB ENTERPRISE.
We like Enterprise, the cars are clean, well taken care of, and the staff is top notch. We rented a car and put over four thousand miles on it with no problem what so ever, it is a great company.
I was in a serious accident five days ago, and enterprise was my car rental after my cat was totaled. I didn't realize that they also sold cars. So when I visited the sales office, I was simply amazed at how easy the process was for me. Andre was my salesperson, and I have never had a more pleasurable shopping experience. He found me a car right off the bat, and the rest of the experience was like having a long conversation with an old friend. The financing department only made it even simpler, hence the name The Dream Team. I can't say enough about my experience. I'd recommend this stop BEFORE you go to CarMax because CarMax buys the cars that Enterprise doesn't want. The inspections for safety and the after-care for my new car are a definite piece of mind after what I've been through.
Other than a few employees calling in sick at the top of the morning, and only one person at the desk. Everything was great. I have to say, the gentleman was trying his best..that's all I can ask for, but I was late getting to my destination by 50 minutes because of it. The support staff was great when they got to me. One option that Enterprise should offer, let us purchase the Satellite radio feed for the duration of the rental.
