Awful customer service and I truly wish I could leave less than 1 star. Refused to honor store credits because they were on paper receipts and claimed they were not valid/legible. Said they were "hard to read" and didn't even try and reenter numbers into computer OR simply look at second credit slip - I am guessing they were too eager to sell the fitbit band to the man in line behind me rather than take time to help me. Contacted corporate but they were of zero help. Offered to mail receipts as they are legible to naked eye but was not accepted. The man in line next to me was told he could take home a fitbit bracelet to let his wife try on and if it did not fit they could return the opened item BUT a disabled woman is denied her store credit slips when she could not physically make it to the store and they faded a bit? Congratulations, you stole $80 from a disabled woman who had faded credit slips since she has not been physically able to get into the store.
