Sterling Park Apartments

I have been residing in Sterling Park Apartments at the Henderson, NC location since 2010. My experience here over the years has been fantastic. My apartment has required little maintenance. I feel very safe in this development. I can recall a time when I woke up in the morning, and was heading out to work and saw my key in the door. It appears that I left it in there by accident the night before. The leasing agent who works in this complex is very friendly, professional and believes in excellent customer service for all her residence. One last comments has to do with the level of noise, and property appearance. I'm very pleased to say that in the evening hours it is quiet. If there are any children in the building they are extremely well behave and you don't hear any screaming and yelling. The grounds are always being mowed and serviced on a biweekly bases. Overall, this is one of the best apartment complexes in the entire area. They really care about their residents, and will do special things throughout the year for us!

They will evict their residents even after they pay their rent,they did it to me and my family now we are homeless with little kids, and they wont give us our money back
