They took a return reservation for La Guardia for 11PM and DIDN'T SHOW and they couldn't find my receipt for deposit. Call Uber or use another company. Customer service was NOT accommodating, hung up on me, someone impersonated the manager Sal. The response from Sal's superior Steve Dash was "we eventually picked you up, what's the problem?"

Called multiple times, had to wait for 2 hours, was told that I never called in the fist place, then dispatcher hang up on me, then were told there was shift change and no car period...Zero star is not in option
Verry bad service today i alwasy use this company...bud today i call 10 am because i have appointment at 10.30 with my son the came on time bud the driver was so bad he didn't know the adress and he was lost. I always use this cab on a nightly basis. Sometimes I would call and not need a cab and I called and cancel. When I do I get hung up on and told I didn't call them to cancel. They are rude and unprofessional. The owner was extremely nasty.
