Unhappy with my stay there. Roommate being told by Teresa the manager no one gets there deposit back and don't bother cleaning made her not clean at all. We are being charged 1800.00 for it. Also we were not told the a.c. will eventually leak in the bathroom ceiling. The list goes on. I don't recommend.
Don't move in. If you do take pictures of everything, keep in writing everything you tell or send to the manager. When you move out she will become shady and keep your deposit and give you some insane bill. If you request a final walk thru show up with your keys because she wont give you one. So they can make up stuff to charge you. Worst experience ever. There are nicer apartments in Hemet. When I moved in, she said they have no crime. The first week there someone tried to steal some motorcycles and someone else's car got stolen. The front gate was never working. When you try to use the very outdated stove the fire alarm would always go off. They do a sloppy job of preparing the apartment. I saw tagging on the drawers in the bathroom, red and blue paint in spots they missed trying to cover it up. My garbage disposal never worked and she marked it off as it was working. I emailed her about, but they never got back to me about it.I also had roaches when I moved in.I asked her if they had a bug issue there, she said no. But I beg to differ. The air did not work in my 2nd bedroom and she charges you for water. The laundry room sucked. If you want an outdated place, then your in luck. Overall not worth the money, I am much happy where I am at and I wished I would of never moved in. When I moved out 4 other people moved out as well so I'm sure she made some commission off all the deposits and outrageous charges she stuck everyone with. Not worth the stars because of how they conduct the moving out process. $$$$$$ when you call corporate don't expect a damn thing.
The Manager Teresa is so friendly and amazing, The Maintenance staff is outstanding I love living here it is so quiet and safe and the grounds are kept up so beautiful. If your looking for a great place to live this is it. I want to thank Teresa for all of her help she is very Professional at her job while still treating you like a person.
I have lived here for a year and have had no problems. If I ever need anything the manager and maintenance team are on it right away. They are very professional .
There is definitely a PEST problem here, mostly Ants, Earwigs & a cockroach once in a while. Mesa Management owns this complex & they are too cheap to do Pest control on a monthly basis. We have a new manager, Leigh Ann, & she is very compassionate & willing to help when a tenant needs it. The other manager, Alexis, is also very nice. All the patios, 1st floor & 2nd floor, were fixed; 1st floor all wood patio fencing was replaced, but as of this date, most have not been painted yet. 2nd Floor apt patios have had mostly the wood railings replaced, but not all the piece! If an older board was not rotten, it was not replaced. Kinda stupid, I think. Things have been done around here rather slow. We tenants also have to pay water/sewer/trash every month. for some reason Mesa Management decided to have aerators put on all the faucets, which make tenants use less water! What a dumb thing to do, since Mesa isn't paying the damn water bill. My apt has not had HOT water in kitchen faucet since I've been here & they don't have a clue how to fix the problem. Overall, the complex is okay. People are getting worse when it comes to taking care of things that do not belong to them. I can't stand slobs!!
