Horrible business. DO NOT GO TO THEM. They will cheat you out of your money. They make you pay a year in advance on home owners insurance, then cancel you after a month and refuse to refund any of your money!! Shouldn't I get a prorated portion back??? Keep the month or 2 you covered me for and give me the rest back. I am not asking for a full refund, even half would be nice! But no, they will not budge. They cancel you for no reason and keep all your money. We never filed a claim with them or used them at all during the SHORT time with them. We told them everything in advance and they agreed to cover us. Then they suddenly cancel on you. They are swindlers. Elderly people beware!! Do not pay the full year in advance. GO ELSEWHERE.
