I paid Armando to fix leak on my sprinkler system, a long with removing some shrubs, weeds and regrading property... After he worked with sprinkler system, it no longer worked at all, water leak became much worse and he did not come back to fix it, regardless of my many attempts to try to get him back... I fixed the leak, by replacing connector myself, but could not fix the timer. It was watering my flowers every day prior to his work. He would always say I’m coming today to fix and not show up... I also paid him to get rid of my weeds, however he missed a lot, they showed back up two weeks after spraying.... I am disabled and now have to go out twice a day to water my flowers, which is very difficult for me... I asked him to regrade my yard and he said I didn’t ask him to do that, so I had to pay him more for a sloppy job done regrading... He said, when I hired him he would come back and respray weeds, once a month, for 6 months, since they would probably regrow... I couldn’t even get him back to reset the timer of the sprinklers, I don’t expect him to keep his word on the weeds... I don’t recommend his service.

Would hire again. Very knowledgeable and reasonable prizes. He has maintained my yards for over ten years now. My place always looks well manicured.

He did not finish the Job as he was suppose to. He is not trustworthy. Also, it took him two days to finish some of the area.

Armando and his helper did an awesome job. He responded promptly to my calls. He was polite and worked swiftly to get the job done. I have posted pictures because my yard was over grown with grass and weeds. The difference was a vast improvement. I would recommend Armonda to people I know. Oh yeah - he is reasonable in price and will work with all budgets.

Great Customer Service! Armando came out and charged $100 for a serious backyard clean-up, where the weeds were above my waist height wise. This was after all this rain that we have been getting. Other companies were ready to charge twice that, one company even said $280. Armando did a wonderful job and sprayed the entire yard for future weeds and here it is 1 week later still looking as if he just left. I would recommend his services to anyone!!

Terrible! He Promised he was experienced to give me a DG yard. He didn't put weed barrier in all spots and then dumped enough sand in for beach thickness. The POA complained it wasn't tamped hard. We called them back, but all they did was shovel it around, not thinning it down. After taking their money they refused to come back and remove the excess dirt and never tamped it. It cost us double to get another landscaper to remove the sand and redo the whole yard. Very unprofessional and they scammed us.

Armando has provided excellent lawn care for a few months now. He enjoys and take pride in his work. On a couple occasions, he mentioned to me the names of certain plants and made suggestions as to what would look nicer on certain areas of my house. He ended up putting new grass and fixed my irrigation system.

Armando has continuously maintained the landscaping at my home for about two years. I've seen him and is crew work in the rain, hot and cold weather for countless hours, throughout the neighborhood. He is reliable and goes above and beyond expectations. His prices are reasonable. I can tell he is a consummate worker who enjoys his job! I'd gladly recommend Armando's Landscaping business to anyone.

Saw the ad, he was close by so I called... I needed some extensive yard work on the back of my lot. Armando was here the next day, the rate was reasonable, he looked personable so I hired him. Not until after the work was done did I see the post below & I couldn't disagree more with what she said. I would recommend him everytime.

Don't waist your time, energy and money. Rude and unreliable. He came twice. Did nothing but cut the grass. didn't clean up or do anything with the plants. Didn't show up for over a month and when we hired a new person he threatened my husband and said that he owed him money
