I had tires done there on my civic and the tire tech broke my sensor while I watched. He called the manager over with a paniced look on his face. The manager said it was already broke when I just got done telling him I saw the kid do it. After a brief argument I told him I would go to Dimond valley Honda and buy a new one while he finished the rest. He said he couldn't install it if it was not purchased there. The part from Honda was $42.00. They got the part from Dimond valley Honda (delivered) and charged me $84.00 and didn't calibrate it. I then had to take it back to Honda for calibration ....... $92.00. They have been in business only because they prey on the old and women and they screw over anyone like myself that they can. WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY?

This place is the worst, he sold me used wheels that did not fit the car and demanded cash, than took all day to put them on the car...than wanted $50 more over the price he gave me. They wobbled all over the place and he told me I needed an alignment. I got an alignment by a professional outfit and they told me "Get them wheels off that car, they do not fit and one is ready to fall off". I went back to Rudys and told him to put my old wheels back on and wanted my money back...he did so but screwed me out of $100 with a couple of thugs that were waiting for me. Unprofessional, lying, cheating, and intimidation is their business profile...stay away!
I needed a tire repaired before morning, and was pleasantly surprised they were open until 6 PM. I was greeted courteously and speedily dealt with paperwork. By signing up for the rewards/credit card (no fees), I paid nothing! Within about 40 minutes from start to finish, 30 minutes for the repair, I was on my way home, and sold as a customer. Free refrigerated water, a play area for kids in the waiting room with TV for adults. They're obviously customer-oriented.
These guys are scammers! Go ANYWHERE but this shop. The owner and employees are all crooks who will take advantage of you. I bought a car from the owner at his shop and they gave me a bs story about where it came from and assured me it was never in an accident. It turns out he bought it from an auction and it was in 2 accidents. To top it off the mileage on the odometer was rolled back by 100,000 miles! After confronting him, he refused to give me my money back. It seems like this is their hustle so BE CAREFUL and always get a CARFAX of your own FIRST!
Unsatisfied with there business. I paid for a new tire, was given a used one.They quoted me a price and was not given the price they quoted. I asked for a receipt and was told to leave! I felt very helpless and lost out on my money August 22, 2016. They do not even deserve one star but can not summit without something

Don't waste your money or your time!Let's start with I am a disabled woman; when i pulled in there is a commercial property for sale sign out front, so I have no idea if they are still in business at all (there were very few cars in the huge lot.I pulled up to the first open bay doors and there was nobody, so I said hello a few times and got no response. I did two short beeps with the horn and the owner (an older man) pops out of the end of the building, so I drove down to the end where he was. I said, "I wasn't sure if you were still in business and there wasn't anyone around, do you do electrical?"He said, "I'm not your damn dog to respond to honking".So in spite of his so rude attitude, I explained " Sir your for sale sign and lack of presence left me wondering if you were still here or not."He said, "not for you, I don't respond to dog calls"???So put this in perspective, if he were a dog, wouldn't I whistle? And as a dog if he responded to honking he'd be a dead dog.
