I had tires done there on my civic and the tire tech broke my sensor while I watched. He called the manager over with a paniced look on his face. The manager said it was already broke when I just got done telling him I saw the kid do it. After a brief argument I told him I would go to Dimond valley Honda and buy a new one while he finished the rest. He said he couldn't install it if it was not purchased there. The part from Honda was $42.00. They got the part from Dimond valley Honda (delivered) and charged me $84.00 and didn't calibrate it. I then had to take it back to Honda for calibration ....... $92.00. They have been in business only because they prey on the old and women and they screw over anyone like myself that they can. WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY?

I needed a tire repaired before morning, and was pleasantly surprised they were open until 6 PM. I was greeted courteously and speedily dealt with paperwork. By signing up for the rewards/credit card (no fees), I paid nothing! Within about 40 minutes from start to finish, 30 minutes for the repair, I was on my way home, and sold as a customer. Free refrigerated water, a play area for kids in the waiting room with TV for adults. They're obviously customer-oriented.

Unsatisfied with there business. I paid for a new tire, was given a used one.They quoted me a price and was not given the price they quoted. I asked for a receipt and was told to leave! I felt very helpless and lost out on my money August 22, 2016. They do not even deserve one star but can not summit without something

The mechanics choose to stand around and talk rather than work and they work on several cars at once. Would be quicker to work on one car at a time. Upon arrival the employees were friendly but once you're waiting and try to ask them anything they ignore you. Sat 4 hours waiting for what they promised would be 40min. The car wasn't up in the air onto an hour after and they guy had my tire off and worked on like 5 other cars and ignored mine.People that arrived after me left before me. All I needed was a lug nut replaced. Horrible place. They did give me my money back but that doesn't make up for the wasted 4 hours I spent. Took off work too.

i came to amercian tire depot they had the best prices around. i needed 4 new tires but they found out that i needed a strut as wll but i could not afford one so one of the men named joe only chrged me for the part, and then they found that the strut mount was broke as well and i didnt have enough money for it so joe got it for me even though they had to keep my car over night joe mad sure one of the guys took me home. thank you american tire depot and a special thanks to JOE sha

I always go here when i need tires or a tire repair, im always in and out... chris is friendly and so are his stuff
