Don't go anywhere else. Soon and her staff and family work very hard to please you, and they do not give you false expectations. I appreciate their honesty, the work ethic, and willingness to work with you on what you need done, and WHEN you need it done. I'm a customer and always will be!

The business has changed so much since the last time I had originally came in 2008. Those changes are all for the better.



There is the manager Soon, who is still learning English, but she runs the place well and understands the customer. There is also the sweet Mina, who speaks both English and Spanish, even though she is still learning some.



I would go in to get my clothing altered. Even though the prices may seem high, they are what you pay for with the great quality work put into it. They also ask you when you need it by and work very hard to get it done in the amount of time they have.



Prices may vary by the material, so always bring it in to make sure. Nonetheless, I would surely check it out.

I bought a jean from True Religion and i had to fix the length. I always hated the fact other tailors could not keep the original hem that the jean had. (Like distressed parts on the bottom hem) My friend suggested to try on this shop. I gave it a try and i loved it. They did "original hem" that took the original design of my jean hem and put it back after they shorten the length. I did not know how they managed to do that but I loved it. It looked like exactly same jean that I bought (except the length). I will definitely visit this shop again to fix my jeans.

I took in a dress at the Helotes location to get some stains taken care of on a dress only to find damage had been done on one side of the dress when I picked it up. When explaining to the attendant (who spoke very little english) she kept mumbling something that was not english! After a brief so called conversation she said she would get the owner on the line....as she was reaching for the phone she continued mumbling something in whatever langauage she speaks. I found that very offensive and rude. When she finally got the owner which was her sister immediately said they did not do the damage on the dress (without looking at the dress.) How could she possibly know without even looking at it. At this point I was very aggravated and she went on to tell me to leave the dress behind and to go the following day and she would take a look at the dress and check the damage. She asked me to be there at 3 pm (which I did) only to be told she had to leave and she had determined they did not cause the damage. She couldn't confront me and took the easy way out. I asked the attendant to get her on the phone again and she said she had to leave to run an errand. I told her I did not appreciate her leaving and could of simply called me and tell me so that I could meet her there. I also explained how unprofessional it was for the attendant to be speaking in a language that I cannot understand and she said she didn't speak english! What? How does a business operate with someone who doesn't speak enlish. Ridiculous excuse! Needless to say, I will never go back and will definitely spread the word about this place!
