Lithia in Helena did not have the vehicle I was searching for but they showed me a vehicle including VIN, MSRP etc of one arriving. I purchased that vehicle however when it did actually arrive it was nothing like the one I was shown and bought. It was several thousand cheaper and I refused delivery. They would not honor the actual information I was given when I bought it. This is fraud not only to me but my bank.

Top notch. Service side is ridiculously good to deal with and I have never had a problem. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and NEVER had an issue. I will purchase my next vehicle from them also.
Horrible, horrible used car dealers! First they did not hold the car they said they would. When we went to check it out, it was driving away even after we had a promise that they'd put our name on it. Then, when my family member did buy a used truck from them, they really took advantage of a young person who didn't know much about vehilcles & screwed him royally. All in all, they should be put out of business.
Giving Lithia one star is a far stretch--if zero was an option I would do that. We bought a 2006 duramax two weeks ago from Lithia Dodge in Helena on HWY 12. We were assured that the truck had been gone though and EVERYTHING worked. Well that was a lie. When we bought a camper in Butte and had to pay two dollars to have the towing break replaced (because that didn't work) then towed the camper back to Helena where we broke down outside of Boulder. We called Lithia because we purchased the "so-called" extended warranty with road side assistance for 2,300 dollars. We talked to Dave Cooper and he was going to go "through the back door" to get a rental from Enterprise on a weekend. Apparently you can't get a rental under the warranty on the weekend--didn't read that in the fine print. So we towed it with our insurance (USAA)--Lithia said it was a fuel filter and wanted to charge us 200 dollars--seriously?? Didn't they just go through the truck two weeks ago? We ended up not paying after an argument with them. But we took it out two days later and the same thing happened--the engine light comes on and it only runs in first gear. Our truck has been at Lithia for two days and they can't figure it out--but if they do--it one might not be covered by the warranty or two if it is covered by the warranty we will need to pay the 250 dollar deductible--SERIOUSLY?? WE HAVE ONLY HAD IT TWO WEEKS!!!!!. We have a family reunion this weekend and nothing to tow our camper with. This has been a true nightmare with Lithia (especially Dave Cooper) who has been mean and nasty and argumentive. I told him I would write a bad review--he said do whatever you need to do. I have about 10 more web sites, Facebook, and my twitter account to educate people about the poor customer service you get at Lithia Dodge of Helena and the Lemons they sell and especially the lack of service they provide the customer two weeks after they buy it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
This place is more like a frat house than a car dealership. I went prepared and able to buy a new car however I'll be taking my money elsewhere. No professionalism what so ever.
I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this company again. I was in contact with a sales person for weeks before I drove 2 hours away to buy a vehicle. I walked into the dealership with my own financing of $20000.00 and knew already what vehicle I was ready to purchase. My husband and I spent hours, I believe it was close to 4, at the dealership, waiting for what I have no idea. I have purchased 4 other vehicles in my lifetime from other dealerships and it never took that long, and for the previous purchases it was from scratch, meaning we didn't provide our own financing like we did this time. Also, we had a trade in to go along with the purchase. The dealership low balled us on the trade-in and then didn't even send off full payment to the company in a timely matter, I bought the car 2 months ago and they just yesterday told me they were sending the rest of the money to the company. Apparently they didn't do their math right the first time. Yet they didn't waste any time selling the trade in of which they did a while ago, before they even paid it off. So after an already crappy experience the salesman tells us that the car only came with 1 key and that the dealership wasn't going to pay for another one, apparently they are too cheap which with customer service like this isn't surprising. Keys for my car are around $250. I have never had a dealership only give me 1 key with my purchase regardless of whether or not I bought a new or used car. I always received 2 keys standard. All in All this was my WORST buying experience!!! Buyer Beware!
Stay away - these people will say anything to make a sale! They are the reason car salseman have such a bad reputation!
