their driver ran over my part that I had ordered with a fork lift and damaged it. He called in to get a claim started for the damage. I was told that they would not cover the amount that I was charged by my supplier because they only cover $15.00 a pound and my item didn't weigh enough to get paid the full amount. I was instructed to call the manager to see if he could help. After 3 unanswered voice mails to the manager I got the operator to get him to call me back. It didn't do any good he said there was nothing he could do. After about 7 weeks when they sent me my refund it was for less than they told me that they would send me. I called them on that. They told me that the amount on the invoice wasn't their actual cost and they would not pay the amount that was on the invoice that I was charged. The total claim was for $241.71 and they paid me $182.74. The item that their driver damaged, they refused to pay the extra $58.97. This is a small amount I know but the principle of the deal is just wrong. Makes me wonder how they would handle a larger claim.
